内 容 提 要

随着科学技术的发展,机械制造业的生产方式已从大批量生产的生产方式向准时制造及精益生产发展,并进一步向计算机集成制造和敏捷制造方式转变。生产方式的转变对车间布局提出了新的要求。由于车间布局的复杂性,传统的以建立数学模型,获得布置最优方案的方法已经很难满足现代生产方式的需求。

本文首先对车间布局的定义和车间布局的类型进行了简单的介绍,之后又叙述了车间布局的计算机仿真的现状,简单介绍了FLEXSIM软件以及FLEXISIM在车间布局中的适用性等,

本文的主要讨论的内容是以某生产车间为例的车间布局的建模与仿真。本文以FLEXSIM为设施布置方案设计的关键技术,分别对新旧两个布局方案进行了建模与仿真,并以SLP方法作为辅助。

最后在这两个方案的仿真报告中,分别从车间的生产率,缓存区的利用率,处理器的阻塞率,搬运工具的空闲率等方面进行了对比分析,得出了通过运用FLEXSIM对生产车间布局进行建模与仿真,并针对仿真结果进行分析,然后对不足之处进行改进可以改善整个车间的效率的结论。

Abstract

With the development of science and technology,the production mode of machinery manufacturing industry has developed from mass production to lean manufacturing and Just In Time manufacturing, and further to the computer integrated manufacturing and agile manufacturing style.The changes of production mode propose the new requirements on workshop layout. As the complexity of the layout of the workshop, the traditional mathematical model to obtain the optimal layout of the program approach has been difficult to meet the needs of modern production methods. Firstly, this paper gives a brief introductionin of the definition of workshop layout and workshop layout type in this article.And then the current situation of the workshop layout computer simulation and a brief introduction of FLEXSIM software and the current applicability of FLEXSIM in the plant layout is described.

The main part of discussion is an example of a production plant model- ing and simulation workshop layout.In this paper, FLEXSIM,Which is the key technologies of the facility layout design, has established model

simulation to both old and new layout scheme respectively. SLP methods regaeded as a supplement in this article.

Finally, by comparing the productivity of the workshopt, buffer utilization, the blocking rate of the processor, handling tools and other aspects of the reports of these two simulation programs, I come to the conclusion that establishing model simulation to workshop layout through the use of FLEXSIM,analysising for the simulation results and then improving the shortcomings of them can improve the efficiency of the workshop.
