Other parameters automatically display as activated and deactivated according to configuration in table 3.8. If it displays in number or character, the user can single click to modify. If it displays as little line, it can‘t be modified, as shown in diagram 3.17 recipe edit mimic 2.
步骤类型的输入为下拉式菜单，选择步骤后，系统将判断该步骤是否符合工艺要求，如果不符合将提示错误。其他参数按表3.8的配置自动显示为激活和不激活状态，若显示为数字或文字，用户可单击进行修改，若显示为小横线，则不可修改。如图

2. Recipe Information Display配方信息显示
As shown in diagram 3.17, the recipe information displays the recipe name, recipe reference number, recipe list, and recipe description. The recipe reference number and recipe list are the same for the only reference number for the recipe only in number. The recipe name can be number, letters, or characters. Different recipe name can be the same. Recipe description is an option for describing the recipe. It can be number, letters, or characters.
如图3.17所示，配方信息显示配方名称、配方编号、配方清单及配方描述四个部分。配方编号和配方清单显示相同，是配方的唯一编号，只能为数字；配方名称可为数字、字母或文字，不同配方的名称可以相同；配方描述是选项，用来描述配方，可为数字、字母或文字。
3. Recipe Operation 配方操作

The authorized user can create, compile, save, export,download, delete and empty. All the operations need electronic signature for verification. Details are as follows:
授权用户可对配方进行新建、编译、保存、调出、下载、删除、清空等操作，所有操作都需电子签名进行验证，下面进行详细说明：
a. Create新建
The electronic signature window will pop up after clicking the ―create‖ button. The system informs of creating new recipe or not after the verification. If click yes, the textbox in diagram 3.18 will pop up and only numbers can be put in, moreover the numbers can‘t repeat with the existing reference number. Or the system will prompt error and back to the original status. Putting the right number and clicking yes, recipe edit mimic in the diagram 3.19 will appear. You can edit a new recipe complying with the above rules. If the recipe name is empty, please do put a recipe name or it can‘t be saved and the recipe description can‘t be put. After entering the information, you will go to the next step- compile.
单击“新建”按钮，出现电子签名验证对话框，通过验证后，系统提示是否新建配方，点击“是”，弹出如图3.18所示文本输入框。该文本框内只能输入数字，且输入数字不能与已存在编号重复,否则系统将提示错误，回到初始状态。输入合理数字后，点击“确定”，出现如图3.17所示配方编辑画面，遵循上述配方编辑原则，编辑一个新的配方。此时配方名称为空，请务必输入配方名称，否则无法保存，配方描述可不输入。输入完成后，进入下一步——编译。

Note：In creating the new recipe, the export and download button can‘t be used. If you want to abandon creating, please click delete button to delete the current recipe and the system will go back to the initial mimic as diagram 3.16.
注：新建配方中，调出和下载按钮不能使用，如果想放弃新建，请按删除按钮，删除当前配方后，系统回到如图3.17初始画面。
b. Compile编译
All recipes must be compiled before saving, or it can‘t be saved. After editing the recipe, it will pass if it conforms to the process requirement as diagram 3.20. Or it fails as diagram 3.19 and the system will display the fail reason.
所有配方在保存前必须通过编译，否则将无法保存。配方编辑完成后，单击”编译”，如果当前配方符合工艺要求，则编译通过，如图3.19所示；否则，编译失败，系统显示编译失败原因。

If the compiling fails, the user shall read the fail information carefully and modify the recipe based on the information. If passes, it can go to the next step-save.
出现编译失败后，用户应仔细阅读编译失败信息，按信息提示修改配方，并再次进行编译，如果通过，则可进入下一步——保存。
c. Save保存
The passed recipe can be saved permanently in the database. Clicking the save button will pop up the electronic signature window. The system will prompt to save after the verification. The recipe will be saved if click yes. The recipe pull down menu is activated and the recipe reference number will be displayed. Now it goes into the next step-download.
通过编译后的配方可永久保存至数据库。单击”保存”，出现电子签名对话框，通过身份验证后，系统提示是否确定保存，点击”确定”，配方将被保存。此时配方清单下拉菜单激活，并显示刚编辑的配方编号，以供今后调用，新建配方完成。此时可进行”下载”操作。
d. Export调出
The recipe saved in the database can be exported by the drop down menu. Click \list\then click \recipe. You can also download or modify the recipe, but you have to compile and save after modification.
已保存至数据库的配方可通过配方清单下拉菜单调出。单击”配方清单”选择配方后，点击”调出”按钮，配方将调出。此时可进入”下载”操作，也可对配方进行修改变更，但变更后要进行编译并保存，才可进行”下载”。
e. Download下载
The recipe that just exported or saved can be downloaded to the PLC. Clicking download and 200 recipe data will be written into the PLC related address. The system will prompt successful download.
刚调出或保存后的配方可”下载”至PLC中，点击”下载”后，200个配方数据将写入PLC相关地址，下载完成后，系统提示下载成功。
f. Delete删除
It can delete the newly created and exported recipe by clicking the delete button. The system will prompt delete after the verification. The recipe will be deleted in the database by clicking yes. The deleted recipe can‘t be recovered. Please use this function cautiously.
新建中的配方和调出的配方可进行”删除”操作。点击”删除”，出现电子签名对话框，通过身份验证后，系统提示是否确定删除该配方，点击”确定”，配方将从数据库删除。删除后的配方不可恢复，请谨慎使用。
g. Empty清空
It can empty the newly created and exported recipe by clicking the empty button. The data in the editor will be cleaned after the empty. It can start editing again.
新建中的配方和调出的配方可进行”清空”操作。清空后，编辑器内所有数据清除，可重新开始编辑。
4. Vacuum controlled parameter setup真空控制参数设置
The vacuum controlled parameters during the freeze drying cycle can be setup:
在这里可以设置冻干周期运行时的真空控制参数:

3.2.12 Recipe running配方运行
Authorized user can open the recipe selection mimic by clicking the operation button. The data from the PLC will display in the recipe editor for user to monitor, modify and skip. The mimic displays as diagram 3.20 which is similar to the recipe editing mimic.
授权用户点击菜单条上“运行”按钮，配方选择画面打开，配方编辑器中显示从PLC中读上来的数据，供用户监控，并可进行修改、跳步操作。界面如图3.20所示，与配方编辑画面相似。

The black spot in the left side of the recipe editor stays in different number to display the operating step. The right side of the editor displays the relevant recipe information and step number which can‘t be changed by the user.
配方编辑器左侧黑点停留在不同步号前，用来显示当前运行步骤，编辑器右侧显示配方相关信息及当前步骤号，用户不可修改。
During the cycle operating, the authorized user can modify the recipe parameter in the editing area. The parameters which can be modified include: temperature, vacuum, and setup time. But if the step is operating, the modification is invalid. All the modification need electronic signature.
周期运行中，授权用户可在配方编辑器区域修改配方参数，但不会影响到原配方设置。可以修改的数据有：温度、真空和设定时间，所有修改都需电子签名进行验证。
The authorized operator can click skip button to skip to the next step and change the current step no. to any step.
授权的操作人员可以通过点击”跳步”按钮将当前运行步骤推进至下一步，以及改变当前步骤的编号跳转到任意一步骤。
