Upload is used to refresh the current data in the editor. The current data in the PLC will be uploaded to the recipe editor after clicking upload and the electronic signature.
“上载”用于刷新当前配方编辑器中的数据，点击“上载”并进行电子签名验证后，PLC中的当前数据将上传至配方编辑器中。
During the cycle operating, the authorized user can change the vacuum controlled parameters, including vacuum high deviation, Vacuum low deviation, and vacuum pre-alert and vacuum alarm.
在周期运行中，授权的用户可以修改真空控制参数，包括真空高偏差、真空低偏差、真空预警、真空报警。
3.2.13 PLC Input StatusPLC输入状态
The PLC input mimic displays the PLC digital input status. The gray indicates OFF status of the PLC node, and the green indicates ON status of the PLC node. The PLC input mimic is as diagram 3.21.
PLC输入画面显示PLC数字量的输入点状态。指示灯灰色表示PLC节点OFF，指示灯绿色表示PLC节点ON状态。PLC输入界面如图3.21所示。

3.2.14 PLC Output Status输出状态
The PLC output mimic displays the PLC digital output status. The gray indicates OFF status of the PLC node, and the green indicates ON status of the PLC node. The PLC output mimic is as diagram 3.22.

3.2.15 Recorder记录仪画面
The recorder mimic displays values, including product temperature, shelfinlet temperature, condenser coil temperature1, condenser coil temperature2, filter drain temperature1, chamber vacuum, vacuum of the vacuum pump, chamber pressure and condenser pressure. (As shown in diagram 3.23)
记录仪画面显示记录仪的数值，包括产品温度、板层出口温度、冷阱盘管温度1、冷阱盘管温度2。如图3.23所示

3.2.16 Application应用画面
The application mimic has three parts: temperature calibration, motor operating time statistics,

cycle operating time statistics as in diagram 3.24.
应用画面分为三个部分：温度校准、电机运行时间统计、周期运行时间统计。如图3.24所示：

Temperature calibration: used to calibrate the thermal resistance of the lyophilizer (shelfinlet temperature, condenser inlet temperature, filter 1drain temperature). It makes the calibrated temperature similar to the standard one by trimming the zero and slope.
温度校准：温度校准用于校准冻干机的热电阻温度(分别为板层入口温度、箱体排出温度、冷阱排出温度、过滤器1排出温度)，通过微调零点和斜率，使热电阻测量温度的校后温度与标准温度源设定温度最接近。
The relations among the parameters in the calibration mimic are:
校准画面中几个参数间的关系为：
Measuring temperature above 0℃: the calibrated temperature= measuring temperature*K+ trimming value + trimming zero
当测量温度在0℃以上时：校后温度=测量温度*K+值微调 + 零点微调
Measuring temperature below 0℃: the calibrated temperature= measuring temperature*K- trimming value + trimming zero
当测量温度在0℃以下时：校后温度=测量温度*K-值微调 + 零点微调
The range of the zero value is -5.0~5.0℃, the K value range is 0~5. If the value in this range can‘t make the calibrated temperature similar to the source temperature, then the thermal resistance shall be replaced.
其中，零点值范围为-5.0~5.0℃；K值范围为0~5。如果该范围内的数值仍不能使校准后温度与温度源温度很接近，那么应考虑更换热电阻。
The K and zero value can be adjusted by the following two methods:
通过下面方式可以调节K值和零点值：
1. Trimming button直接输入 Adjust ±0.1 of the zero value. Each operation need electronic signature. The range cannot be exceeded.
单击数据，将弹出数据输入对话框，可直接输入规定范围内的数据，确定后通过电子签名验证即可。

Motor running time statistics:carry on the statistical analysis of the motor running time for reference of the maintenance
电机运行时间统计：对冻干机系统的电机运行时间进行统计，给电机保养做参考。
Cycle running time statistics:carry on the statistical analysis of each cycle running time
周期运行时间统计：对冻干机周期运行时间进行统计。
3.2.17 Report报表查询
Only the authorized user can open the report query which provides query for report, data, incidents, operation log. The mimic is shown as diagram 3.25.
报表查询界面只允许有授权的用户打开，该界面提供报表、数据、事件、操作日志等的查询。界面如图3.25所示。

1.Batch query: query the report based on the batch number
批次查询：报表的批次查询是以批次号来查每一批次的报表信息
2.Time query: query the report based on the selected beginning and stopping time and report type
时间查询：报表的时间查询先选中起始时间和结束时间，然后选中报表类型来查询报表信息
