3.2.18 Maintenance维护
The maintenance mimic has three parts: batch data PDF file maintenance, batch data ORPT file maintenance, database file maintenance. As shown in diagram 3.26.
维护画面分为三个部分：批次数据PDF文件维护；批次数据ORPT文件维护；数据库文件维护。如图3.26所
示

3.2.19 System Configuration系统配置
The system configuration mimic contains account management and configuration operation. As shown in diagram 3.27.
系统配置画面包括账户管理和配置操作两个部分。如图3.27所示：

Account management: The authorized user can create, modify, cancel, and change users.
账户管理：授权的用户可以新建用户、修改用户、删除用户、修改用户。
Configuration operation: The authorized user can lock the system;configure the dictionary and the database.
配置操作：授权的用户可以锁定系统、字典配置、数据库配置。
3.2.20 Exit退出
Only the user with relevant access level can exit the system and with electronic signature to verify.
只有有权限的用户才可退出系统，且需要电子签名验证。
3.2.21 Status Bar状态条
The status bar is in the bottom of the PC mimic to display the system basic operation status.
状态条位于PC界面最下部，显示系统基本运行状态。
Table 3.9 gives the meanings and functions of the status bar from left to right.
表3.9给出了状态条从左至右依次所表示的含义及功能。

4 Operation Instruction冻干机操作说明
4.1
Power on上电
The user shall understand the instruction of the main control switches and indicator lights before using. Then the system can be powered on. The descriptions of the switches and indicator lights are as table 4.1.
使用冻干机前，用户应先了解冻干机主要控制开关和指示灯的使用说明，才可对系统进行上电操作，关于开关和指示灯的描述如下表4.1所示：
