摘要：借鉴城市设计的3种分析模式—图底理论、连接理论和场所理论，通过实地调研、资料搜集、记录观察和归纳推导的方式，介绍了成都东郊旧工业区的转型特例——东郊记忆。从分析工业建筑特点、外部空间形态、人的行为活动来研究工业建筑空间的特点。以此探讨出其他城市旧工业区的更新改造的建议和参考。

Abstract: Based on the figure-ground
theory,linkage theory and place theory of urban design, in the means of field investigation,date collection, investigation record and inductive inference, this thesis takes Eastern Suburb Memory as an example to introduce its backgrounds before transformation, analyze the features

and

configuration in the transformation, and also discuss the human behavior patterns under specific environment. The aim and significance of the study is trying to provide a useful reference for the transformation and re-use of old industrial park in the future． Key

研究现状和不足，并提出本文创新点
成都东郊工业区
自上个世纪50年代到90年代初期，是重要的国家电子工业、国防工
业集中地，创造了成都工业的辉煌。但是，随着城市的发展，东郊工业区成为了城市的诟病，出现诸如加大污染、改变微气候、影响居住环境、破坏城市整体形象等等的问题。因此成都市委、市政府于2001年做出了“东调”的重大决策：搬迁处一大批工业企业，腾出大批工业土地，在5年至10年内，通过企业搬出后土地的重新规划和建设，推动东郊旧城区的整体改造，提升东郊城市形象。而东郊记忆就是一个比较特别的例子，它成为极具后现代性特征的文化创意产业园区。
1 东郊记忆简介
1.1历史沿革
成都东郊记忆建成于2009年，其前身是成都国营红光电子管厂，是1950年代前苏联援建项目之一，延续到1990年代初仍在扩建（图1-1）。该厂主要生产示波器和显像管，诞生了中国第一支黑白显像管和第一支投影现象管。2012年11月1日，“东区音乐公园”正式升级更名为“东郊记忆”。是国内首家数字音乐产业聚集区和以音乐为主题的体验公园，由原本的“二园”——音乐产业集聚园和音乐文化体验园上升到“一基地，
