摘 要

连接器(俗称接插件)是通过机械动作实现电子电路的连通、断开或转换的机电元件,是电子设备中不可缺少的电子元件。目前,连接器广泛用于声频、视频、信息和通讯设备,其中数据通讯、电话通讯和PC的迅速发展,加速了连接器市场的发展。随着电子技术的发展,使得电子产品向小型化、轻型化以及采用高密度、自动化安装技术等方面发展,推进了连接器市场的变化。目前连接器朝着小型化、低高度、窄间距 、多品种、多功能化,连接范围多样化等几个方向发展,以适应各种电子产品的应用。

随着连接器的不断发展,connectorCI15自动化机台作为生产连接器的设备,也需要不断的改进,控制手段也必须变得越来越先进。connectorCI15自动化机台以PLC作为控制核心,PLC模块连接了很多的外部设备来控制自动化机台。其中人机控制界面做为自动化机台的控制面板,是一种专为PLC应用而设计的小型工作站,通过人机交互的方式对自动化机台进行控制。而报警系统则是当机台出现问题时报警灯就会闪烁报警铃响起,提醒操作员并且机台停止动作防止出现不良品且保障了技术员的安全。

Abstract

Connectors (known as connectors) are achieved by mechanical action to realize the electronic circuit connectivity, disconnect or conversion of electrical components, is electronic components electronic equipment. At present, connectors are widely used in audio, video, information and communications equipment, among them the rapid development of data communications, telephony and PC, accelerating the development of the connector market. With the development of electronic technology, the miniaturization of electronic products has been lighted weight and high density, installation of automated technology, promoted the change of connector Market. At present, Connector toward miniaturization, low height, narrow spacing, multi-species, multi-functional connectivity range of diversity in several directions, to adapt to the application of various electronic products.

With the continuous development of the connector, connectorCI15 automated machine as a production connector devices also need to constantly improve the means of control must also become increasingly sophisticated.connectorCI15 automated machine PLC as the control core, the PLC module to connect external equipment to control the automated machine. The man-machine control interface for automatic machine control panel is a specially designed for the PLC application and design of small workstation, through interactive means to machine automation control. While the alarm system is a problem for alarm lamps will flicker alarm bells ring, alerting operator and machine to stop the action to prevent bad product and guarantee the safety technician.
