中小企业招聘中存在的问题及对策研究

摘 要

伴随着中国社会经济的高速发展和改革开放的大潮,中小企业逐渐成为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分,并促进国民经济的快速增长。对我国的经济繁荣以及社会稳定具有非常重大的影响。 安德鲁·卡内基曾有一句著名的名言:“带走我的员工,把工厂留下,不久后工厂就会长满杂草;拿走我的工厂,把我的员工留下,不久后我们还会有个更好的工厂。”人才特别是优秀的人才对于中小企业能否在激烈的商业竞争中生存下来并确保企业战略目标的实现显得至关重要。 但是就目前我国形势而言,中小企业的生存与发展,备受人才问题的困扰,在招聘中表现出了许多的不足:如招聘人员缺乏专业训练,素质低;招聘前的准备工作不充分;对人才的选评方法过于简单等。本文还引入了招聘的概念以及有效的招聘的意义。如何有效的解决人才招聘问题成为中小企业面临的一个非常重要、紧迫和现实的问题。本文对以上问题一一进行了研究,提出了切实可行的解决方法。

Small and medium-sized enterprise recruitment in the problem of

existence and countermeasure research

ABSTRACT

Along with China's rapid development of social economy and the tide of reform and opening up, the small and medium-sized enterprises gradually become an important part of socialist market economy, and promote the rapid growth of national economy. On our country's economic prosperity and social stability has the extremely significant influence. Andrew Carnegie had a famous saying:\full of weeds; take my factory, my staff leave, soon we will have a better factory.\particularly outstanding talent for small and medium-sized enterprises can in the fierce commercial competition to survive and to ensure the realization of strategic targets of enterprises is of vital importance. But at present our country situation, small and medium-sized enterprise survival and the development, has the talent problem, in the recruitment of showed many deficiencies: such as lack of professional training of personnel recruitment, recruitment of low quality; the preparation work before is not sufficient; the talent selection and evaluation methods are too simple. This paper also introduces the concept of recruitment and effective recruitment significance.

How to effectively solve the recruitment problem faced by small and medium enterprises to become a very important, urgent and realistic problem. In this paper, the above problem one one undertook study, put forward practical settlement method.
