Abstract

At present, China's most sewage treatment control system automation level is not high, low, safety improper management; the efficiency is lower than the world common standards. Sewage treatment system of aeration process control, data communication and monitoring management is the main problems needed to resolve. China sewage treatment automatic control system is relatively backward, sewage treatment cost remains high, the discharge of wastewater treatment plant with sewage water quality is not stable, so how to establish an effective control system, optimize the operation effect, to reduce the operation cost, to have the important meaning. Production waste water and the life wastewater recycling, is to save water and reduce the effective way of the water resources exploitation, already but the benefits the country and the people, it is the important measure to reduce production cost. In order to realize the response industrial wastewater zero emissions, strive to build for the call of economical enterprise, sewage disposal engineering projects is very necessary. With the development and popularization of industrial automation, the request has advanced, stable and reliable monitoring equipment join to control system to complete the data acquisition and the safety equipment. As the factory enterprise important automatic control equipment is one of the programmable controller (PLC) has been widely used in modern industrial control systems, especially for and logic, order process control. It is along with the computer, communication, network technology progress overall develop rapidly.

This paper introduces the basic technology of sewage treatment plant and process, and through the study design a set of based on PLC control of sewage treatment system. This article first introduces the sewage treatment control system based on PLC technology and related

processes, control system hardware structure and design, working principle and design of PLC control system and basic principles and steps, to explain in wastewater treatment process of PLC application.

SBR sewage treatment technology is a kind of high efficient sewage reuse of processing technology, with the advantage bacterium in technology to deal with life, after the treatment of water can use on green space, flowers and trees, flush the toilet and vehicles, etc, so as to achieve the purpose of saving water resources. SBR wastewater treatment system plan fully consider the real life living areas, the characteristics of campus relatively narrow, strive to achieve the equipment is small, stable performance, project investment is less purpose. Because of SBR treatment technology process parameters change is big, hardware design selection and equipment debugging is more complex, and the use of advanced PLC control technology can improve the SBR treatment efficiency, convenient operation and use.

SBR wastewater treatment system mainly by the electric valves, and emptying electromagnetic valve, Roots blower, sewage treatment pool, clear water pump, clarified water pump, sheung shui electromagnetic valve, electromagnetic valve in the water tank, composition, in sewage treating pond, clear water pool , water tank level switches set respectively, used to detect pool and the a tank. In the design, the application of the system hardware electrical control design; Applies the S2-200 implement a machine program, and Siemens simulation software testing; Application MCGS configuration software to realize the PC program, finally the PC and a machine under connecting finally realize the SBR wastewater treatment process requirement.
