Step 1 Warm-up 1. Greet the students as usual. 2. Ask one student to recite the dialogue. Step 2 Revision 1. Review the dialogues we learned last week. 2. Ask some pairs to act out the dialogues. Step 3 Presentation Learn the new dialogues. Dialogue 1 P: Is the toilet occupied? C: No, it is locked. P: Why? C: Because the train is approaching the station. Toilet on the train are not supposed to be used when it stops at stations. P: Oh, I see. How long will the train stop at this station? C: Eleven minutes. You have to wait for a while. Sorry for the inconvenience. P: I see. Thank you. C: You’re welcome.
