摘 要 根据相关建筑设计规范要求,设计此六层住宅楼,结构形式为现浇钢筋混凝土框架-剪力墙结构。

本次设计主要包括建筑设计和结构设计两方面的内容,在建筑设计中,本着“安全,适用,经济,美观”的原则,进行了建筑平、立、剖面设计,并用天正CAD绘制了建筑平面图、立面图和剖面图。在结构设计中,选取一榀框架进行手算,通过荷载统计、内力计算、内力效应组合及配筋计算得出此榀框架柱和梁的配筋,最后利用pkpm建模计算绘制整个建筑的结构施工图。通过本次设计了解了建筑设计和结构设计流程,巩固了专业知识,达到了毕业设计的要求。

Abstract According to relevant architecture design specification requirements, design this six-story residential

building, structure form for cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame shear wall structure. This design includes architecture design and structure design of two contents, in architecture design, in \applicable, economy, beautiful\principle, the construction plan, elevation, section design, and drawn tianzheng CAD floor-plans, elevation and section. In structural design, selection of investigated.one is on hand, through the internal force calculation, load statistics, the internal force effect combination and calculated the reinforcement of the column and beam investigated.one reinforcement, finally, using the PKPM modeling calculation draw the entire building structure construction drawings. Through this design understand architectural design and structure design process, consolidate the professional knowledge, reached the graduation design requirements.
