摘 要

随着世界经济一体化的进程与知识经济时代的到来,企业面临的经营环境复杂多变,市场竞争越来越激烈,人力资源成为企业经营的首要资源。很多企业出现了人才大量流失现象,企业人员流动率增高,给企业持续发展带来了很大危害,这在很大程度上说明企业的员工激励机制出现了问题,同时也说明低水平的员工激励已经不能满足现代企业快速发展的要求。因此,如何设计和优化员工激励机制,塑造良好的企业文化,吸引并留住员工,提高员工的工作绩效水平,增强企业凝聚力和战斗力,己成为现代企业所面临的主要问题。

本文以天健公司为研究对象,以激励机制的相关理论为依据,采用提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的方法设计框架结构,通过问卷调查的方式,对天健公司员工激励现状进行调查以及数据资料的收集、整理与分析,提出了导致天健公司员工激励问题的各种因素即工资制度缺乏科学性、员工福利单一缺乏制度化、缺乏企业文化建设、缺乏人性化管理等。本文运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、归纳等研究方法。主要运用需求理论、激励理论对天健公司的问题进行分析,最后对天健公司激励现状提出合理建议,从而提高天健公司员工激励水平,促进发展。

ABSTRACT

With the pressure from the enhanced market compettion is becoming fiercer,also with the continous upgrade and development of the enterpreises management capabilities,associated with the publicly recognized importance of the human resources.Many businesses have lost a large number of talents in the fierce competition in the market,The high flow of enterprise personnel rate has brought great harm to the sustainable development of the enterprise,largely explains the enterprise’s motivate mechanism ,at the same time that the low level of employees incentive cannot meet the requirements of the rapid development of modern enterprise.Then, how to design and optimize employees incentive, to create a good corporate culture, to attract staff and retain employees, improve employee performance levels, enhance company cohesion and combat effectiveness, has become the main problems faced by modern enterprises.

This thesis as TIANJIAN for research object, based on the relevant theory of incentive mechanism, design the context structure of the methodology according to the methods of asking questions, analyzing problems and solving problems, which means through the questionnaire survey on TIANJIAN’S employee’s incentive status quo by a large number of surveys and data collection, sorting and analyzing the various factors which lead to TIANJIAN employees incentive problems such as lack of scientific wage system, employee benefits not taking seriously, enterprise culture construction, employee training attention to some limitations and career planning. In this paper, a research method of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, theory and practice is combined. The demand theory and motivation theory is used to analyze the issue of TIANJIAN Corporation, and recommendations and countermeasures are proposed to improve the TIANJIAN incentive status quo and to improve the level of employees incentive.
