大功率LED驱动电路设计

摘 要:LED光源与传统光源比具有功耗低、亮度高、寿命长、环保、光学性

能稳定等特点,已经在生产生活中广泛应用。目前市场上的LED驱动板只能满足一般需求,对于特殊用途的LED并不能满足。固态体积式真三维显示系统使用大功率LED灯Pt-121作为投影光源,要求LED工作在大电流、高PWM调光频率情况下,能同时满足这两种要求的驱动板目前国内还没有。本文就是针对固态体积式真三维显示系统对Pt-121的工作要求设计出专用的驱动板。该驱动板能实现对Pt-121的PWM调光、模拟调光,驱动Pt-121在需求的状态下工作。它包括驱动主模块、电压转换模块、温控模块、欠压锁定模块。

Circuit Design of High-power LED Driver

Abstract: Compare to traditional light sources, LED has those characteristics like

low power consumption, high brightness, long life, environmental protection, stability optical performance, etc and has been widely used in the industry. However, drivers on the market can only meet general requirements. When the LED used in special way, then you have to make a special driver. The light source is Pt-121 in really solid volumetric true 3D display and we need it worked in high current, high PWM dimming frequency case. As a result, we can’t find even one board that can meet our requirement in China. In this article, a circuit design is described to meet this special requirement. The board included main module, temperature control module, voltage convert module and under-voltage lockout module.
