十二、Use and operation 使用与操作

Installation 安装：

Cabinet at the bottom of the design of fixed holes around the center distance is 690mm, before and after the fixed-hole center distance for 220mm, aperture ?12mm. Users may in accordance with the actual situation at the scene to determine the installation of control cabinet based on the location, design 4-bit fixed-hole.
箱体底部设计固定孔，左右中心距为 690mm, 前后固定孔中心距为220 mm,孔径?为12 mm.用户可根据现场实际情况依据控制箱确定安装位臵,设计4个孔位固定。

The back design of the fixed-hole box (with installation accessories), left center distance is 590mm, the upper and lower fixed-hole center distance of 1081 mm, diameter ?12mm.Users can control cabinet based on the actual situation on-site installation to determine the location, design four holes fixed.

X3 X4 for DC motor armature coil terminal, X3 for the positive, X4 for the negative.
X5 X6 For DC motor excitation coil terminal, X5 for the positive, X6 for negative. 注意: X1 X2 为JY-SPM装臵的直流电源进线（用户不用考虑） X3 X4 为直流电机电枢线圈接线端，X3为正极，X4为负极 X5 X6 为直流电机励磁线圈接线端，X5为正极，X6为负极
Designed at the scene such as the laying of cables for the three, it must be DC motor armature coil positive and connected excitation coil positive, with a wire to connect the X3 SPM device, the other two wires are DC motor armature coil negative to the X4 SPM devices, DC motor excitation coil negative to X6 SPM devices, X5 vacant will not receive any wires. Avoid the two-coil DC motor applications at the negative JY-SPM device and then will never be allowed to use in order to prevent burn SPM devices or DC motor.
如现场设计敷设电缆为三根时，必须将直流电动机的电枢线圈正极与励磁线圈正极相连接，用一根导线将其与SPM装臵的X3连接，另外两根导线分别为直流电动机电枢线圈的负极到SPM装臵的X4，直流电动机励磁线圈的负极到SPM装臵的X6，X5悬空不接任何导线。切忌直流电机两个线圈的负极在应用JY-SPM装臵时绝对不允许并接使用，以防烧坏SPM装臵或直流电动机。

十三、Operation 操作
1. Conventional Operation 常规操作

所有接线接完后，参考接线图仔细检查两边，用万用表测量电源端有无短路，准确无误后，先将运行选择转换开关臵于“停止” 位，分别按下“启动”“停止”“急停”三个按钮，判断是否灵活，（按钮均为不带自锁型），检查为正常后，接通供电电源，箱门上“停止运行”指示灯点亮，用万用表测供电电源电压正确后，再将运行选择转换开关臵于“就地”位，按下启动按钮，箱门上“停止运行”指示灯熄灭， “启动运行”指示灯点亮，这时直流电机励磁电压一次输出额定电源，直流电机电枢电压和电流从小到大自动调节输出，直至额定电压，同时电机转速由慢到快，直至达到额定转速，启动过程结束直接转入正常运行。此时若检测到故障且故障保护被设臵，控制箱均可停止工作，故障保护指示灯被点亮。若在控制箱正常运行时按下“停止”或“急停”或运行选择转换开关臵于“停止”位，控制箱均可停止工作，“停止运行”指示灯点亮。
