摘要

机械制造技术是以切削理论为基础、制造工艺为主线、兼顾工艺装备知识的机械制造技术基本能力的培养;是综合运用机械制造技术的基本知识、基本理论和基本技能,分析和解决实际工程问题的一个重要环节;是对学生运用所掌握的“机械制造技术基础”知识及相关知识的一次全面训练。

机械产品生产过程是指从原材料开始到成品出厂的全部劳动过程,它既包括毛坯的制造,零件的机械加工和热处理,机器的装配、检验、测试和涂装等主要劳动过程,还包括专用工具、夹具、量具和辅具的制造、机器的包装、工件和成品的储存和运输、加工设备的维修,以及动力供应等辅助劳动过程。

机械加工工艺过程是机械产品生产过程的一部分,是直接生产过程,其原意是指采用金属切削刀具或磨具来加工工件,使之达到所要求的形状、尺寸、表面粗糙度和力学物理性能,成为合格零件的生产过程。

本文以解放牌汽车中间轴轴承支架零件为对象,编制其机械加工工艺规程,并对其中两道工序进行机床专用夹具设计。

Machinery production process is started from raw material to finished product all the labor process, including both blank manufacturing, parts machining and heat treatment, machine assembly, inspection, testing and painting and other major labor process, including special tools , fixtures, gages and aids in the manufacturing, packaging machinery, parts and finished goods storage and transportation, processing equipment, maintenance, and auxiliary power supply of the labor process.

Mechanical process is part of the production process of mechanical products is the direct production process, its intent is the use of metal cutting tools or abrasive to processing the workpiece, so that the required shape, size, surface roughness and mechanical physical properties, parts of the production process to become qualified.

In this paper, the liberation of the intermediate shaft bearing support brand car parts for the objects, the preparation of the machining process planning, and procedures for the machine in which two special fixture design.
