1 0.7MPa紧急泄压停车联锁

1.1 联锁条件:

(1) 辅操台紧急泄压按钮 HSS11001_1按下 (2) 就地紧急泄压按钮 HSS11001_2按下 1.2 联锁动作:

(1) 打开紧急泄压阀XOV11001

(紧急泄压阀电磁阀XSV11001A/XSV11001B均失电) (2) 触发切断加氢进料联锁动作 1.3 联锁复位操作:

无异常联锁条件发生,旁路一些不能满足要求的联锁条件,上位机点击紧急泄压“复位”按钮,联锁信号复位;再在上位机点击“关阀”按钮,紧急泄压阀关闭。

1.4 联锁复位状态:

(1) 紧急泄压阀XOV11001关闭 (2) 作为切断加氢进料的复位条件之一

2 切断加氢进料联锁

2.1 联锁条件:

(1) 加氢进料泵P101A/S总出口流量FT10204A/B/C低低三取二 (LL:115917 kg/h),带旁路软开关HSB_FT10204A/B/C (2) 循环氢压缩机C102停车联锁IST11401(内部变量) (3) 0.7MPa/min紧急泄压联锁动作

(4) 加氢进料泵P101A/S同时处于停运状态 (YS_P101A/S),带旁路软开关HSB_YS_P101A/S

(5) 辅操台手动紧急切断加氢进料按钮 HSS10201按下 2.2 联锁动作:

(1) 进料泵P101出口切断阀XCV10201关闭

(2) 触发停加氢进料泵P101A/S停车联锁动作IST10201 (3) 触发停反应进料加热炉F101联锁动作 (4) 切断加氢进料联锁动作去DCS:

联锁P101A/S出口总流量调节器FIC10203使其操作模式变为手动操作,输出为0%,FV10203全关,解锁前无法操作。

联锁P101A出口流量调节器FIC10201使其操作模式变为手动操作,输出为100%,FV10201全开,解锁前无法操作。

联锁P101S出口流量调节器FIC10202使其操作模式变为手动操作,输出为100%,FV10202全开,解锁前无法操作。 2.3 联锁复位操作:

无异常联锁条件发生,旁路一些不能满足要求的联锁条件,先点击切断加氢进料联锁“复位”按钮,联锁信号复位;再点击“开阀”按钮,加氢进料泵P101出口切断阀 XCV10201开。 2.4 联锁复位状态:

(1) 加氢进料泵P101出口切断阀 XCV10201开 (2) 作为反应进料加热炉F101停炉的复位条件之一
