摘要
据中国汽车工业协会发布2010 年12月汽车产销数据显示中2011年中国汽车产业仍将呈现较好的发展态势。一方面宏观经济仍将快速发展，另一方面，虽然一些大城市车多为患，但是还有着巨大的增长空间。而世界汽车产业却受全球金融危机的影响正面临着严峻的考验，当今世界国际汽车工业结构正在发生重大重组，由于全球汽车工业生产能力过剩，产品开发成本大幅度提高，促使产业结构调整步伐明显加快。这使世界汽车产业虽然带动着世界经济的发展，因为过度的发展同样也影响着自己本国的经济。但是汽车产业却实实在在在世界经济上站着主导位置。世界汽车产业还有待进一步提高。
本文通过对国内外汽车产业的分析，提出现阶段国内外汽车产业所面临着的问题，并揭示了世界和中国的汽车产业发展模式和发展战略。系统的分析了世界和中国汽车产业内部环境，分析了世界和中国汽车产业发展的优势和劣势，总结出现今汽车产业存在的问题：产品结构不合理，生产能力相对过剩，自主研发能力不强，新产品开发周期长；汽车零部件配套体系不完善，科技含量偏低；管理体制不完善，政府支持力度不足等。本文提出了以后汽车产业的发展前景，以及可以改进的方案。

Abstract
According to China's auto industry association issued in December 2010
car production data shows in China's auto industry in 2011 will still be present good momentum of development.On the one hand macroeconomic will continue at a rapid development, on the other hand, although some of the big cities more cars, but there are donated with tremendous growth space. And the world car industry by the global financial crisis, but the impact is facing severe test, the international automobile industrial structure in the world today is undergoing major restructuring, the global auto industry overcapacity, product development cost greatly improve industrial structure adjustment, prompting quickened significantly. This makes the world automobile industry though drives the development of world economy, because excessive development also affects their own economy. But auto industry in the world economy but on truly, truly stood dominant position. The world automobile industry would be further developed.
Based on the domestic automotive industry analysis, at this stage of the
domestic auto industry is facing problems, and reveals the world and China auto industry development model and development strategy. A systematic analysis of the world and the internal environment of China automobile industry, analysis of the world and the Chinese auto industry strengths and weaknesses, concluded there problems in the automotive industry today: Product structure is irrational, relative surplus production capacity of independent R & D capability is not strong, new product development cycle is long; auto parts supporting system is imperfect, low technology content; management system is incomplete, inadequate government support. In this paper, the development prospects of the future auto industry, and can improve the program.
