摘 要
施工组织设计是用来指导施工项目全过程各项活动的技术、经济和组织的综合性文件，是施工技术与施工项目管理有机结合的产物，也是工程开工后施工活动能有序、高效、科学合理地进行的有力保证。本设计由珠海建筑设计院武汉分院设计的交由武汉市祥和建筑集团承建的住宅楼施工组织设计。设计内容主要包括编制依据、工程概况、施工准备、施工组织计划、主要分部分项工程施工方法、季节性施工、安全保证措施、文明施工及环境保护措施、降低成本措施等。本施工组织设计通过尽可能充分的考虑各种因素进行编制，可用来作为主导施工的依据。其中施工方案说明是本设计的重点，它包括从施工测量到装饰工程的重点分项分部工程的操作工艺和施工具体方法。本次设计的目的在于使我们在科学组织与管理工程施工生产过程,对工程施工的施工方案、质量、进度、安全和成本控制等方面，有一个全面的了解和掌握；锻炼独立思考的工作作风，培养综合运用所学技术基础课、专业课知识和相应技术解决工程实际问题的能力。

Abstract
The construction design is used to guide the construction project of the whole process of the activities of the technical, economic and organizational documents, the organic integration of the product of the construction technology and construction project management, is also the start of the project construction activities to an orderly, efficient, scientific reasonably strong guarantee.The design by the design of Zhuhai Architectural Design Institute, Wuhan Branch by the Wuhan City, harmony Construction Group the construction of residential building construction design. Design including the preparation of the basis of the project overview, construction preparation, construction plans, in part of the project construction methods, seasonal construction, security assurance measures, civil construction and environmental protection measures, cost-cutting measures. This construction design prepared by the fullest possible consideration to various factors, can be used as the basis for a leading construction. Which construction program narrative focus of this design, which includes measurements from construction to decoration works focus on the operation of sub-divisions of concrete technology and construction methods. The purpose of this design is to make our construction program in the production process of scientific organization and management of construction, construction, quality, schedule, safety and cost control aspects of a comprehensive understanding and grasp; exercise independent thinking and style of work and cultivate the integrated use of the technical courses, specialized courses of knowledge and technical ability to solve practical engineering problems.
