8.B. Case of Freezing conditions (air ambient temperature < -3°C) 冰冻工况(大气温度 < -3°C )

During hogging operation all steam isolating valves and corresponding condensate/air

take-off lines shall be fully open (Step 00).

建立真空运行期间所有的蒸汽隔离阀和相应的冷凝水/空气抽真空管道要完全打开(工序00)。

All vacuum units are activated and run until a pressure of preferably 6 kPa at

minimum on pressure transmitter 10MAG81/82 CP001/002/003 on main steam ducts is reached.

所有真空设备开动运行直到主蒸汽管道上的压力变送器10MAG81/82 CP001/002/003达到最低6kPa的适宜压力。

Before steam admission in the ACC, the condenser control system shall be placed in

Step 0 (? all steam isolating valves are closed) and valve 10MAJ83 AA301 shall be closed.

Once the plant is ready to supply steam and ACC in Step 0, steam is injected into the condenser via the turbine bypass valves.

Stop one of the three vacuum pumps may be decided when air take-off temperature has sufficiently rise (see Note 1).

RA 1) If the system has had a prolonged shutdown in which the vacuum was broken, steam injection

should start slowly, not exceeding 20% nominal steam flow until most air take-off temperatures 10MAJ91/92/93/94/95/96/97/98 CT351/352 are at least 10°C above ambient. This is to allow for complete air evacuation before increasing the heat load to the condenser. Indeed this uniform temperature proves that no air pockets (cold area) are still existing.

Freezing weather start-up: 冰冻气候条件下的启动

During freezing weather, the condenser shall be brought to the minimum pressure before injection of steam, preferably 6kPa. The steam flow has to be increased as quickly as possible up to the defined minimum flow

在冰冻气候条件下,在注入蒸汽前冷凝器要实现最低6kPa更适宜的压力状态。蒸汽流必须尽可能快地增长到设定的最小流量。

Cold start is NOT allowed at ambient temperatures below -25°C (prelim.). In case start-up occurs at ambient temperature below -23°C an alarm shall be sent to the operator. 当环境温度低于-25°C(初步)时不允许冷启动。当环境温度低于-23°C启动时,系统会向操作工报警。

When an isolated street is opened, the speed of the running fan of bundles is slow down automatically in order to compensate the heat exchange surface increase.

If the system has had a prolonged shutdown with ambient temperature below -16°C during which no electrical power was available at all for the gearbox heater, a preheating period of maximum 6 hours (to be confirmed upon gearbox Manufacturer selection) is required in order to increase the oil temperature up to -16°C before starting the fan motor.

当齿轮箱加热器失去供电,系统在环境温度低于-16°C工况下延时停机时,预热时间要长达6小时(根据选择的齿轮箱制造商确认),为的是在启动风机电机之前提升温度至-16°C。

Shut down sequence停机顺序

1. The condensing capacity is reduced automatically (step switch) as the steam flow to the condenser decreases until all fans are stopped.

当去往冷凝器的蒸汽流减少时,冷凝能力自动降低(分步开关),直到所有风机停止。

2. Turbine is shut down and bypass opened. 汽机关闭旁路打开。

At shutdown, vacuum breaker (if any) shall be opened by signal from turbine control system. 在关闭时,真空断路器(如有)要由来自汽机控制系统的信号打开。

3. Bypass is closed. 旁路关闭。

4. The holding vacuum unit may be shut down. 保持真空设备关闭。

6. If a prolonged shutdown is foreseen where freezing is possible, the parts of the condensate system that can freeze have to be drained when the ambient temperature is already below zero or when subzero temperatures are expected. 如能预见到关闭延长而冰冻可能发生,当环境温度已经低于零度或当可预见有零度以下温度出现时,会发生冰冻的冷凝水系统部分必须排水。

We insist particularly on the draining of the vacuum system, the pumps and the cleaning system.

Plant in standby condition备用状态的电厂

During standby, the condenser shall be held under vacuum at approx. 6 to 8 kPa by temporarily using a vacuum pump, depending upon the availability of steam to the turbine gland system. When high air leakage is supposed and minimum 1 times per week, the air ingress into the condenser shall be checked with the vacuum pumps stopped and isolated (see vacuum decay test, procedure PRO7706).

All the protection actions remain active.

It is permitted to operate one equipment manually from the control room when the rest of the system is fully automatic.

Any specific condensing step can be selected manually (steps 00 to 14 sequentially) Turbine back pressure set-point can be selected manually.
