摘要：食品制造行业目前与百姓的生活息息相关，在当今社会中人们对食品的安全越来越重视。无疑对于食品行业的存货内部控制管理方面带来了一系列的问题。本文通过对洽洽食品股份有限公司存货内部控制管理研究，来对食品方面做出适当的解析。在食品行业存货管理存在一定的难度。对于食品制造行业存货内部控制管理较复杂。存货为了能满足企业生产的需求，对存货的管理成本较大。同时要保障食品在生产环节中的可靠性和安全性。本文通过对洽洽食品股份有限公司存货内部控制深入研究，归纳总结了该公司存货内部控制管理的缺陷和不足之处，并且提出了相应的改进措施。本文以内部控制为基础，首先结合了实际情况来叙述内部控制的相关理论，结合食品行业存在的特殊性。其次文章对该公司存货内部控制做出了相应的叙述。并且提出了具体的分析方法以及问题产生的原因，文章最后对该公司内部控制管理提出了相应的改进措施。并对内部控制、监管、人员配置方面提出了合理的建议。并且得出了相应的改进措施与参考意见。

Abstract: Food manufacturing industry at present and people's life are closely related, in today's society people on food safety is more and more attention. At the same time to food security reliability and safety in the production process. In this paper, through of Qiaqia Food Co., Ltd. inventory internal control in-depth study, summed up the company inventory internal control defects and deficiencies in the management of, and puts forward corresponding measures for improvement. This paper to internal control based. First of all, combined with the actual situation to describe the relevant theory of internal control, combined with the special nature of the food industry there. Secondly the article of the company inventory internal control to make the corresponding statement, and puts forward the specific methods of analysis and problem. Finally, the paper on the management of internal control of the company proposed corresponding improvement measures.
