皖西大别山区农村生活能源消费的环境经济效应研究

如今，农村问题关乎国计民生，着力解决农村生活中与经济可持续性发展，环境可持续性发展所相悖的定势思维，陈旧做法，至关重要。而对于我国大多数农村地区而言，生活用能消费是日常生活中的重要方面。
本文以皖西大别山区为研究对象，采取实地观察、问卷调查等调查方式，从经济与环境效应角度对案例地进行深入调查。本文结合皖西大别山区农村生活能源消费现状特点，对比近些年能源消费出现的新趋势，科学分析出所产生的经济与环境正负效应，在坚持经济社会环境齐头并进的原则下提出改善皖西大别山区农村生活用能消费状况的建议：国家应统筹农村地区能源发展问题，加大财政补给促进商品性能源在农村地区的推广使用，有效保护农村生态环境。在新能源领域加大研究开发，增进新能源的基础设施建设，稳定清洁能源市场价格。同时优化能源结构，争取各方力量的协同参与，以此促使村民生活能源消费水平的提高，期望对皖西大别山区农村生活用能展开更切实的思考，提供一些参考性意见。

Consumption Dabie Mountains in West
ABSTRACT
Now, is beneficial to the people's livelihood in rural areas, efforts to solve the rural life and economic sustainable development, strategic thinking, environment which the sustainable development of the old practice, critical. And for most rural areas in China, household energy consumption is an important aspect in daily life.
Dabie Mountains in West as the research object, take the field observation, questionnaire survey, the case for further investigation from the angle of economic and environmental effects. In this paper, combined with Dabie Mountains in West of rural household energy consumption status and characteristics of new trend in recent years, energy consumption, scientific analysis of the positive and negative effects of economy and environment produced, is proposed to improve the energy consumption status of rural life in Dabie Mountains suggestions on other economic and social environment: the country should do many things at once under the principle of energy development in rural areas area planning, increase financial supply to promote the commercial energy in rural areas to promote the use of, the effective protection of the rural ecological environment. To increase research and development in the field of new energy, promote the infrastructure construction of new energy, clean energy market prices stable. At the same time, optimizing energy structure, for collaborative participation of all forces, in order to encourage villagers living energy consumption level rise, expectation of rural life in west mountain area can don't start thinking more effectively, provide some reference opinions.
