摘 要

随着经济全球化、区域经济一体化趋势的加速,城市在区域中的地位日益提升。国家与国家之间的竞争日益突出地表现在区域与区域间的竞争,集中体现为城市与城市之间的竞争。城市形象的塑造有利于提高城市竞争力,解决城市发展的趋同化问题,使城市实施差异化战略成为可能。本文综合分析了城市形象的构成要素及内涵,又分别从招商引资、吸引人才及发展第三产业等方面叙述了城市形象塑造的现实意义。

郑州作为河南省政治、经济、文化中心,良好的城市塑造对其城市竞争力的提高有着决定性的作用。本文着力研究了郑州市城市塑造中存在的问题,在硬环境方面,郑州城市规划有待提高、综合环境治理不足、城市广场和交通建设存在问题,导致郑州市民对居住环境的认同度不高,城市生活的舒适性和便利性没有得到很好的体现。而在软环境方面,郑州文化氛围不强、市民素质不高、城市营销力度不够,一些能够体现郑州市文化古城面貌的城市要素没有得到很好的利用。

针对这一系列问题,本文也提出了相应的对策。首先应立足合理的城市定位进行科学规划,体现人文精神,使城市的存在能够为人民的生活提供便利。其次,从城市的各项功能上进一步完善,例如城市公共场所规划、城市环境整治、城市交通优化等。最后是城市精神文化的建设,一方面要提高市民素质,扩大教育面,“法制”与“德治”并重,塑造优良文明习惯及城市形象。另一方面要善于利用感知中介和宣传手段使城市为最广泛的城市内外观众所知、所喜、所积聚。达到城市形象塑造的最终目的。

ABSTRACT

With the acceleration of economic globalization and regional economic integration, the status of urban in area rise gradually. The competition between countries displays prominently in the region and regional competition, epitomized by the competition between cities. City Image will help improve urban competitiveness, and solve the problem of convergence of urban development. In addition, it makes differentiation strategies that implemented in the city be possible. This paper analyzed the elements and connotation of the city image, and described the practical significance of the city image from the investment, talent attraction and development of the tertiary industries.

The Zhengzhou city is the center of polity, economy and culture in Henan province. The good urban mold has the decisive function to the enhancement of its urban competition. This article has studied the building questions of Zhengzhou city. In infrastructure construction, Zhengzhou needs to improve the urban planning. This leads to resident not very satisfied with the living environment. And in “the soft environment”, there exits many problems. For example, the culture atmosphere is not strong in Zhengzhou, citizen quality is not high and city marketing is not strong enough. In addition, the city elements that can reflect the ancient culture of city did not get to use well.

In order to solve these problems, this paper also puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. Firstly, Zhengzhou should make scientifically plan which based on the reasonable urban localization. Secondly, Zhengzhou should improve the various functions of the city. For example, the planning of city publication, regulation of urban environment and the optimization of urban traffic. At last, Zhengzhou should strengthen the construction of the city spirit culture. On one hand, it should improve the quality of the citizen. On the other hand, it should make the citizens love their city and attract more travelers by using propaganda method and related things. These methods can achieve the final goal of molding the city image.
