施工电梯安装拆除施工方案 一、 工程概况

㈠、工程简介

杭州万新大厦工程是由杭州万通房地产开发有限公司投资兴建的集商场、办公、写字楼于一体的综合性的商业房产开发项目。工程占地面积12135平方米,包括一幢办公楼、三幢酒店式的写字楼及商场裙房部分五个单体,地下2层,地上最高23层,总建筑面积73532平方米。其中办公楼结构高100.77米,其他三幢酒店式写字楼均在58.15米~76.15米之间,属高层建筑。在结构施工阶段及装修阶段,拟采用三台施工电梯解决施工材料及人员的垂直运输。 ㈡、施工电梯简介

二、 电梯布置、基础验算及附墙验算

㈠、电梯布置

考虑到工程施工实际情况,需要在D楼、C楼、B楼设置施工电梯,施工电梯预留空间大小:5500*3800,其平面布置及立面布置详见附图DT-01《施工电梯平面布置图》、DT-02《1#施工电梯东立面图》、DT-03《1#、2#、3#施工电梯南立面图》。

本工程三步施工电梯中,除了3#施工电梯需要下到地下室外,其他两部施工电梯都安装在地面层楼板上。每部施工电梯均不单独浇筑混凝土平台基础,1#、2#施工电梯是在地面层楼板上预埋铁件,将施工电梯基础底架焊接在预埋铁件上,由楼板直接承重,3#施工电梯则安装在预埋在底板上的铁件上,由基础底板直接承重。

由于3#施工电梯直接支撑在底板上,故无需进行受力计算,1#、2#施工电梯则由楼板承重,故需要进行结构受力计算。 1.参数

在进行验算时,均采用标准值(非设计值)进行计算。 C35砼:fck?23.4N/mm2 II级钢:fyk?335N/mm2 2.1#施工电梯受力验算

⑴、梁承载力验算

施工电梯安装拆除施工方案 考虑到满载时电梯启动停止对楼板的冲击影响,其动力系数取1.4,故荷载为: G1=(2000*2*1.4+1480*2*1.4+1260+1260*2+184*62*1.75)*9.8=328.1824KN (其中系数1.75代表:导架总重系数1.0,附墙架、动力电缆、导向装置、紧固件等重量约占导架总重量的30%,用过道竖杆和过桥连杆的附墙结构增加约为导架总重量的45%。)

由于1#施工电梯轴心所在的梁长度小于DY轴方向梁长度的1/2,可以认为板的荷载传递给DX轴方向,因此在进行梁的验算时,只需要考虑梁的自重即可,则钢筋混凝土梁板自重:GK?0.5?0.3?2.85?2500?9.8?10.474KN

1#施工电梯设置在DX10以东4050/DY6轴梁上(结构外墙面以东3800),梁截面尺寸为500*300,梁长度为2850,受拉钢筋为420,As=1256mm2,可以认为施工电梯传递给梁的荷载为均布荷载(受力形式如下),故有:
