建筑
建设工程工程量清单是载明建设工程分部分项工程项目、措施项目、其他项目的名称和相应数量以及规费、税金项目等内容的明细清单。工程量清单计价是指投标人完成由招标人提供的工程量清单所需的全部费用,包括分部分项工程费、措施项目费、其他项目费、规费和税金。
现阶段我们采用的是《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》GB50500-2013，在此本规范中为我们阐述了工程量清单、招标工程量清单、已标价工程量清单 、招标控制价、投标报价等一系列术语。招标工程量清单是指招标人依据国家标准、招标文件、设计文件以及施工现场实际情况编制的，随招标文件发布供投标报价的工程量清单，包括其说明和裁格。已标价工程量清单指构成合同文件组成部分的投标文件中已标明价格，经算术性错误修正（如有）且承包人已确认的工程量清单，包括其说明和表格。招标控制价是指招标人根据国家或省级、行业建设主管部门颁发的有关计价依据和办法，以及拟定的招标和招标工程量清单，结合工程具体情况编制的招标工程的最高投标限价。投标价是指投标人投标时响应招标文件要求所报出的对已标价工程量清单汇总后标明的总价。
本工程按照《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》GB 50500-2013，《房屋建筑与装饰工程工程量计算规范》GB 50854-2013，《通用安装工程工程量计算规则》GB 50856-2013,《四川省建设工程工程量清单价定额》（2009）计算编制。通过此次的设计不仅让我更加清楚的了解与熟悉了13规范，更重要的是让我认识到整个清单的编制过程与步骤和在实际工程中需要注意与重视的事项。

Code of bill of quantities for construction project is stated in the construction part of the
project the project , detailed list of action items , the name and the corresponding number of other projects as well as fees , taxes and other content items . Bill of Quantities refers to a list of bidders to complete all the necessary engineering costs provided by the tenderer , including part of the project costs, measure project costs, other project costs , fees and taxes.
At present, we used the \present specification describes for us BQ , list the amount of the tender project has been priced BQ , tendering control price , the tender offer , etc. a series of terms. Tender BQ means that a tenderer based on national standards , tender documents, design documents and the actual situation of the preparation of the construction site , with the amount of the tender document released a list of projects for the tender offer, including its description and cut grid . BQ has priced tender document refers to constitute an integral part of the contract documents have been marked price , by arithmetic error correction ( if any ) and the list of recognized engineering contractor , including their descriptions and tables . Control refers to the tender price and the relevant valuation methods based on the tender under national or provincial department in charge of issuing the construction industry , as well as a list of the amount of the tender and bidding projects proposed , combining the highest bid limit the specific circumstances of the preparation of project bidding project. Is the response to the bid price quoted by the tender documents of the total price of the priced BQ after summary indicated when bidders bid. This works in accordance with \engineering bill pricing norms \GB 50500-2013, \50854-2013, \Universal Installation Projects calculation rules \GB 50856-2013, \Sichuan Province construction project BQ fixed price \( 2009 ) calculated preparation. Through this design not only makes me more clearly understand and are familiar with the 13 standard, more importantly made me realize the whole process of compiling a list of the steps and the practical engineering issues that need attention and emphasis .
