摘 要
简要介绍了目前住宅小区存在的消防安全隐患，并分析了住宅小区消防安全隐患产生的主要原因，继而提出了加强和完善住宅小区消防安全管理可以从推进物业消防工作规范化发展、理清小区开发商与物业管理企业的消防监管职责、提高物业管理准入门槛的同时加强消防监督管理和进一步提高物业管理人员的消防管理水平等几方面着手，对住宅小区的消防安全管理有一定的指导作用。

Abstract
Briefly introduces the existing residential fire safety hazards, and analyzes the main causes of residential fire safety risks, then put forward to strengthen and improve residential community fire safety management can from advancing property fire of standardizing the work of development, clear cell development of fire supervision responsibilities of business and property management companies, strengthen the fire supervision and management and further improve property management personnel of fire management and other aspects to proceed to improve the access threshold for the property management at the same time, the fire safety management of residential area has a guiding role.
