1教学目标 1、知识目标:
(1)掌握本单元的重点词汇、短语及句型。如:play, third ,time , bark, loudly; have a birthday party, play the suona, the third time; Daming is playing the suona,but the phone rings. (2 ) 能够用英语谈论正在做一件事时另一件事情也发生了。

2学情分析
本单元的学习任务就是谈论生日,学生有话可说。六年级的学生他们思维敏捷,富有想象力,语言表述能力较强,能够自然地用日常英语进行交流。对英语学习表现出积极性和初步的自信心,充满了表现欲。

1.谈话导入新课。创设情境Today is Daming’s birthday, Daming is having a birthday party, What is Daming doing ? Learn the new words phrases.看三幅图通过语境和讲课文中的三个重点句型及新单词、短语教授给学生。培养学生看图说话的能力。 2.观看课文动画视频,初步感知课文(Watch the video of the text.) 3. 要求学生看图标出正确的序号。
三.课文教学(Text Learning) 1.Listen and point,整体感知课文。
2.自读课文,进一步熟悉课文,并找出带有“but”的句子,请同学读出句子。并知道当一件事发生的时候,另一件事突然发生,需要用到but来连接。
