摘 要

针对一年两熟地区夏玉米整秆覆盖下免耕直播冬玉米易产生堵塞这一难题,提出了对行播种思路,研制了玉米对行免耕施肥播种机。根据玉米免耕播种的特定农艺要求,阐述了气吸式玉米免耕播种机的设计原则和思想,介绍了其结构特点和技术参数,并对切茬开沟器部件和镇压部分提出了合理的工作参数及设计。该机能在留茬地上一次完成破茬开沟、施肥、播种以及覆土镇压等作业工序。作业时,土壤扰动少,并可满足高速精量播种质量要求。;对播种机构进行了改进,设计了单圆盘和双圆盘两种播种镇压单体,采用单体仿行,田间防堵性能试验表明双圆盘播种单体结构简单,防堵性能好,播深一致性好,有效解决了原样机相邻两组种管之间的壅堵问题。

样机试制成功后进行了整机播种性能试验,试验表明改进后的机具在玉米整秆覆盖下对行免耕播种玉米防堵效果显著,种、肥播深变异系数较改进前明显变小,整机结构设计合理,为一年两熟地区冬玉米免耕播种提供了技术支持。

Abstract
