摘 要
作为迄今为止最为广泛高效的经济组织形式，企业被称为人类的成就。但2008年的一场突入起来的金融海啸对全球经济产生了巨大的冲击，而这次震荡发端于企业的不良运作，企业集团如何有效管理财务风险成为紧迫的课题。本文从分析企业集团财务风险的成因入手，结合企业集团财务风险管理业务的特点，从实践角度着重探讨企业集团财务风险管理的防范与控制措施，探讨财务风险管理的中心环节，处理好财务风险与企业发展阶段的关系，才能确保决策的程序化与科学化，有效防范财务风险以期对企业集团有效识和防范自身的财务风险有一定裨益。
