④ ~Slow down your speed.减速。
~keep/maintain the minimum safe speed.保持最低安全航速。
⑤ ~maintain /keep 500m at least from other anchoring vessels.至少保持500米锚泊距离。
⑥ Large vessel is leaving the fairway. Keep clear of the fairway approach. 大型船舶正驶离航道，让清航道的进出口处。
⑦. The current in your position is strong.Advice: Navigate with caution! 你船位处潮流很急。建议：谨慎驾驶。
3．ORDERS 纠违指令
① You have violated our port regulation. 你船违反了港章。 ② Do not anchor in position …… . 不得在??处抛锚。
③ You are obstructing the fairway / other traffic. 你正妨碍着航道/其它交通。
④Do not overtake / cross the fairway. 不要追越/横越航道.
⑤Warning! Do not jettison IMO-Class cargo! 警告！不能抛弃IMO危险货物。 ⑥ Vessels must

4．VHF值守
① M/V(name): Are you keep watch on VHF Channel ……? “XXX”轮，你有没有收听VHF??频道？
②You must stand by on VHF channel……at all times in this area/during your

anchorage. 在这个水域/锚泊期间必须始终收听VHF??频道. ③You must report to NB VTS on VHF 06 when you pass Taipingshan lighthouse .过太平山灯塔必须在06频道向宁波VTS报告。
④You should report your movement to NB VTS 15min ahead of heaving up anchor /departure. 你应在起锚/离泊前15分钟向NB VTS报告动态。
四、航行危险
1．Dangerous wreck危险沉船
① Dangerous wreck/obstruction located in position……marked by ……(type)buoy. 危险沉船/碍航物位于??处，设有??（型）浮筒。
② Dangerous wreck/obstruction ahead of/ in vicinity of you. Navigate with caution. 危险沉船/碍航物在你前面/附近。谨慎驾驶。
2．SHALLOW WATER浅水区
①My draft …… is meters. Can I enter / pass shallow water now? 我的吃水是??米，我能进入/通过浅滩吗？
No, you cannot enter / pass shallow water. Wait for high tide until …… local. 不，你不能进入/通过浅滩，要等到高潮?? 当地时间。
3. fishing boats渔船
① Small fishing boats in area around …… . Navigate with caution. 小渔船在??周围的区域。请谨慎驾驶。
② A lot of fishing boats are outbound/inbound ahead of you. Navigate with caution.大量渔船在你前面出口/进口. 请谨慎驾驶。
五、水工作业（Overwater and submarine operations） 1. Cable / pipeline operations铺缆作业
① Cable / pipeline operations by …… (vessel) in vicinity / along line joining …… (positions) from ……(date and time) to ……(date and time). Wide berth requested (if requested). 2. Diving/dredging operations潜水/疏浚作业

3. Transhipment过驳作业
① Transhipment of ……(kind of cargo) in position…… . Wide berth requested. （货物种类）转运作业在??处进行。请宽让。
② You should report name of big vessel and barge, name of barge cargo, start time and end time of transferring cargo to NB VTS. 你应向NB VTS报告水上过驳受载船及卸驳船船名、过驳货物名称、过驳开始及结束时间。
六、气象
1. visibility能见度
① What is visibility in your position ? 你处的能见度怎样？
② Visibility is restricted by mist / fog / snow / dust / rain. 能见度由于轻雾/雾/雪/尘/雨而受限。
③ Visibility is reduced by fog/mist/dust/rain/snow/……由于有雾/霾/灰尘/雨/雪/??，能见度降低。
2. Attention for Visibility雾航措施
① All vessels. This is NB VTS. Visibility is reduced by fog. Visibility is expected to decrease to 1000/500 meters. Navigate with great caution. 各轮请注意，这里是“XXX”交管中心，由于雾的影响，预计能见度将减至??米，各轮应谨慎航行。 ② Area around Xiashimen channel/YXM/BEILUN port temporarily closed for navigation due to the poor visibility. All vessels must select position to drop anchor. Waiting for further notice . 由于能见度很差，在??周围区域临时封航。所有船舶必须择地抛锚，等待进一步的消息。
③ Due to the restricted visibility. All of berthing and departing plan are cancelled. 由于能见度受限，取消所有的靠离泊计划。

⑤Visibility is increasing. Traffic clear again. Vessels inbound / outbound one by one in command of patrol boat on scene. 能见度转好，恢复通航，各轮请按序进出港，听从现场巡逻艇的指挥。
EXP：
V：Attention. All vessels/station, this is NB port control. Navigational warning：Visibility is reduced by fog .Visibility is expected to decrease to 500meters in half an hour. DO NOT enter Xia Shi Men channel from now. Advise you to select someplace to drop anchor. Navigate with great caution. Out.
3．风浪

七、遇险信息 1. spilling溢油
①Can you identify the polluter? 你能识别污染船吗？
②M/T（name） …… spilling oil / chemicals /…… in position…….Wide berth requested. 油轮“XXX”在??处溢出油/化学品。请宽让。
③Located oil spill in position …… extending …… (length and width in meters) to …… (cardinal points). 在??处发现有??（长度和宽度以米表示）的油污正朝??方向延伸。 ④Located oil spill ~in your wake.
~in the wake of M/V(name) . 发现
~你船航迹上有油污。
~“XXX”机动船航迹上有油污。
⑤How many tons/kilograms/liters of crude oil /fuel oil/diesel oil/gasoline/ ……overboard多少吨/公斤/公升原油/燃油/柴油/汽油??入海？ ⑥ Is the oil pollution prevention plan available ? 防止油污计划可用吗？
