2.工程概况

1、本工程位于合肥市双凤开发区蒙城北路与金兰路交口。人防掩蔽所面积为8337.68m2。本工程地下一层防护等级为甲类核六级防化等级为丙级。平时功能为地下停车库,战时为二等功能掩蔽所;共分为四个防护单元,16个抗暴单元,12个人防口部,掩蔽人生4265人。 2、 防水设计

本工程为II级防水,两道防水设防,顶板、配电室、机房等设备用房防水等级为I级,三道防水设防。人防地下室采用砼结构自防水,并附加迎水面附加防水层,抗渗设计等级为P6。后浇带部位采用防水卷材加强处理,在后浇带中部设置钢板止水带。 3、 临战转换设计

人防地下室战时使用的干厕、水箱、机房、口部等设施在临战前完成。平时使用的风管、消防水管、孔洞、地沟等在临战时拆除后用砼或预制砼板封堵。临战封堵的孔洞、密闭隔墙,抗暴挡墙等周边结构砼要预埋钢板。临战封堵高均小于3m,长不超过6m,抗暴单元隔墙临战时采用沙袋堆砌,其厚度不应小于500mm,高度不应小于1800mm,界面为梯形,战时值班室等房间临战时采用煤矸石空心砖200厚、人防门编号均按RFJ01-2008图集说明编号,其门槛级门框墙施工以结构图为准。 4、结构工程

(1)、本工程为单建式人防地下室、钢筋砼结构,基础采用柱下钢筋砼独立基础。基础设计等级为丙级。

(2)人防地下室抗力等级为核6级,防水等级二级,地下室抗震等级为四级。 (3)人防地下室外墙战时其外侧覆土厚度不得小于10m或外墙顶标高低于室外地面。

3.施工准备

3.1施工现场准备

根据现场的实际情况,便于材料的加工和运输,在施工现场内部建钢筋加工区、钢筋堆放场地、模板加工场及水电加工场。 3.2施工流水段划分原则

地库底板及筏板流水段划分时根据图纸后浇带进行划分,以减少板施工缝隙,规避防水风险为原则。

以工程量大致相同、平衡人、机、料的投入量和配置,合理安排施工场地为原则。 3.3施工流程

基槽开挖→桩基础施工→土方开挖、清槽→截桩、凿桩→桩基检测→承台垫层砼浇筑→砖胎膜砌筑、抹灰→基础土方回填→基础垫层砼浇筑→基础防水施工→基础防水保护层施工→底板钢筋放线→底板钢筋绑扎→止水钢板及人防门框焊接→人防结构验收→底板砼浇注→底板砼养护→测量放线→地下墙、柱、梁、板钢筋绑扎→地下墙、柱、梁、板支模→人防结构验收→地下墙、柱、梁、顶板砼浇注→地下墙、柱、梁、板砼养护

4.技术准备

4.1组织施工技术人员熟悉图纸,了解设计意图。

4.2施工方案及交底的编制。项目技术部编制详细的施工方案并进行方案交底,明确施工中应注意的事项。

4.3施工技术交底。责任工程师对操作班组进行交底,明确操作中的技术要求和质量控制标准和措施。

4.4劳务人员培训。项目工程部除对劳务队伍进行交底(包括书面和口头)外,各分包班组管理层应向其操作层进行方案、措施交底(包括书面和口头),并请有关责任工程师和质量总监参加。
