高校科研项目管理系统的设计与实现

20世纪90年代，高校各个领域广泛应用了现代信息技术，国内高校纷纷建立了局域网，拉开了“校园信息化”即所谓“数字化校园”的序幕。科研是高校工作中一项重要的组成部分，因此针对各类高校开发科研项目管理系统成为数字化校园建设的一个重要标志。
科研项目管理系统指是典型的信息管理系统，其开发过程主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。它实现了项目的各类信息的录入、修改、查询和报表打印等功能，这些信息主要包括项目的基本情况、项目进展程度、项目经费开支、以及科研成果和项目获奖情况等。在数据库设计时采用SQL Server2008作为数据库开发工具。使用SQL Server2008建立起完整性强、安全性好的数据库。SQL Server2008是在SQL Server2005的基础上新开发的数据库管理软件。对于前端应用程序的开发选择了VB.Net作为开发工具，利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具建立了这一系统。
本文所做的工作主要有一下几个方面：
1)首先分析了科目项目管理系统对高校的作用。在高校中科研项目的管理是管理非常重要的一部分，与教学有着同等重要的地位，因此有效的管理会更有效的促进高校科研工作的顺利进行。
2)使用流程化的程序设计思想对科研管理系统进行分析，构建了科研项目管理软件的基础平台。

3)设计友好清晰的界面，使系统使用方便快捷，简化了项目的管理过程，提高了科研管理人员的工作效率，从而节省了人力资源与经费开支，有利于经济效益的提高和科研事业的发展。
经在高校科研部门试用，项目管理系统效果良好，既改善了高校的办公环境，又提高了办公效率，得到了工作人员的好评。

Research project management system is a typical information management system, its development process, including the establishment of database and front-end application maintenance and development of the two. It implements various types of information input program, modify, query and report printing and other functions, this information includes the basic situation of the project, the project progressed, the project expenditure, as well as other research and project awards. SQL Server2005 SQL Server2008 is based on the newly developed database management software. Front-end application development for selected VB.Net as the development tool, the use of its various object-oriented developer tools to build the system.
This work mainly in following aspects:
1) The first analyzes the project management system subjects the role of colleges and universities. Management of research projects in universities is an

important part of management, and teaching with equal importance, so effective management would be more effective in promoting the smooth progress of scientific research.
2) Use the design process of the program management system for the analysis of scientific research, building the foundation of the research project management software platform.
3) A clear and friendly interface designed to make the system easy to use fast, streamlined project management process, improve the efficiency of research management staff, saving human resources and expenditure, is conducive to economic efficiency and the development of scientific research.
The trial use in university research departments, project management system works well, both to improve the university's office environment, but also improves the working efficiency, staff has been well received.
