中小企业项目成本核算
——以中建三局北方分公司新浪项目为例

摘 要
随着我国整个社会经济的高速发展，施工企业在市场化的竞争环境中也面临着越来越大的压力与考验，建筑施工除了对施工质量与安全有着严格的要求外，对施工企业自身来说如何在保证施工质量的同时保证企业成本的合理化，最大程度的降低施工项目成本，对于施工企业达到增收节支的目的，从而提高在众多建筑施工行业中的竞争力，是企业须要考虑的一个重要问题。施工项目的发展要求企业加强成本管理，而项目成本核算对成本管理有着关键性的作用。本文从成本核算的角度出发，通过对中间三局北方分公司新浪项目的成本核算进行具体研究，通过调查、分析施工项目的成本核算，发现其中存在的问题，并针对问题提出针对性的改良措施，以达到加强项目成本管理的目的，获得最大的经济利益。

Abstract
With the rapid development of the whole social economy in our country, the construction enterprises in the market competition environment is faced with more and more pressure and challenges, the construction in addition to have strict requirements on construction quality and safety, for construction enterprise itself, how to ensure the quality of construction at the same time to ensure that the enterprise cost rationalization, the greatest degree of reduce construction project cost, to achieve the goal of increasing earnings and practicing economy construction enterprise, so as to improve the competitiveness of many in the construction industry, is an important problem need to consider the enterprise.
