摘 要
人力资源是现代企业的重要资源，也是企业发展的重要因素，而激励是开发人力资源的有效手段。企业建立以人为本的、科学的激励机制，不仅可以调动员工的工作积极性，还能够使企业在激烈的市场竞争中得以生存和发展。激励机制是提高企业生产力的一种重要手段。员工工作效率不高,是员工个人的原因,还是企业管理的原因。有效的激励会点燃员工的激情，促使他们的工作动机更加强烈，让他们产生超越自我和他人的欲望，并将潜在的巨大的内驱力释放出来，为企业的远景目标奉献自己的热情。
本文归纳了激励机制的相关理论，以此为基础，指出了当前宾馆员工激励的现状、存在的突出问题，并分析了问题产生的内在原因。希望能为宾馆在相关理论的指导下，结合实际，制定可行的员工激励措施。并从管理者的角度出发,通过介绍激励的方式,分析影响激励的因素,为企业建立激励体系及运用激励方法、激励技巧提供了参考。

Abstract
Human resource is the important resources in the modern enterprise, is also an important factor of enterprise development, and incentive is an effective means of developing human resources. Companies to establish people-oriented, scientific incentive mechanism, can not only arouse the work enthusiasm of employees, also can make the enterprise in the fierce market competition to survival and development. Incentive mechanism is an important means to improve enterprise productivity. Employees work efficiency is not high, is the personal reasons, or reasons of enterprise management. Effective incentive can ignite passion, employees motivated them to work motivation is more intense, let their desire to surpass ourselves and to others, and the release of the potentially huge drive, vision dedicated his enthusiasm for the enterprise.
This paper summarizes the relevant theories of incentive mechanism, on this basis, points out the current hotel staff incentive current situation and existing problems, and analyze the internal causes of the problem. Hope to hotels under the guidance of relevant theory, combined with the actual, formulate feasible employee incentives. And from the perspective of managers, through the introduction of the way of incentive, analyses factors that influence the incentive for enterprises to establish incentive system, and provides reference to use incentive methods, motivation skills.
