汽车刹车盘材料的研究及发展现状
摘 要
汽车制动材料是指利用材料的摩擦性能将汽车的动能转化为热能或其他形式的能量,从而实现汽车制动的材料。汽车制动盘材料的发展与汽车工业的发展是密不可分的,关系着汽车和驾驶人的安全问题,所以当前研制高性能、节能、节材、降耗、防污染、社会效益明显的汽车制动材料,推动汽车工业的发展,已经显得十分必要和迫切的课题。本文详细分析了制动盘的服役条件和性能要求,结合汽车制动盘材料的国内外发展现状,对现在常用的汽车制动盘材料进行了比较分析。分析了灰铸铁材料、铝基复合材料以及 C/C-SiC 制动材料等制动盘材料的优点及不足之处,讨论了制造工艺对制动盘性能的影响。通过分析比较,提出未来汽车制动盘新材料的发展方向,如铝-碳化硅复合材料,金属陶瓷涂层NiCr-Cr3C2制动盘等。
