摘要

随着经济蓬勃发展,我国对生活废水处理力度在不断加大,每天处理污水产生大量污泥,污泥量越来越大,污泥的组成成分日益杂乱,如处理不好,必然会对自然环境造成二次污染。

本设计要求处理300吨/天的生活污泥,原污泥为经过板框压滤机压滤过的含水率约82%的湿污泥。针对生活污泥的特点,决定选用先干化后焚烧的工艺。该工艺工艺成熟、稳定、占地少、效率高。基本工艺流程为:储泥室→回转烘干机→制砖机→焚烧炉→炉渣、煤灰等回收。

本设计所用的主要设备有Ф3.2×28m型回转烘干机、AB-200型焚烧炉、QTY8-15型砌块成型机、ppw64-7脉冲布袋收尘器、Ф1.5×16m脱硫塔、LXT-5型活性炭吸附塔。工程总投资为1305万元,每年的总运行费用为1264.34万元。

Summary

With the rapid economic development, China's domestic wastewater treatment efforts in increasing the processing of sewage per day produce large amounts of sludge, sludge volume is growing, increasingly complex composition of the sludge, if handled improperly, it is bound to the natural environment cause secondary pollution, there are serious environmental risks.

The design requirements process 300 tons / day of sludge, raw sludge filter press frame filter through excessive moisture content of about 82% of the wet sludge. For domestic sludge characteristics, combined with the successful experience of foreign processing sludge and mature technology of domestic sewage sludge, we decided to use after the first drying and incineration process. The process technology is mature, stable, energy-saving, small footprint, high efficiency. The basic process is: storage room→dryer→brick machine→Incinerator→slag, coal ash recycling.

The main equipment used in this design are Ф3.2 × 28m Rotary Dryer, AB-200 type incinerator, QTY8-15 block making machine, ppw64-7 pulse bag filter, Ф1.5 × 16m desulfurization tower , LXT-5 activated carbon adsorption tower. The total investment of 13.05 million yuan, the total annual operating costs of 12.6434 million yuan.
