As is vividly described in the picture, the number of Chinese students studying overseas has increased sharply since 1980 from 25,000 to 290,000 in 2010 according to the report. With the vigorous development on international students education in China, the number of international students is increasing dramatically since 1990. Most Chinese students choose go to USA, Japan and England while most students who come to China to study are from Korea, Japan, USA , Vietnam and so on.
The fast development of the overseas studying is the main characteristic, which can be clearly see from the chart. At the same time, lowering ages of the overseas studying is another characteristic. As far as I am concerned, studying abroad can widen one’s view and help learn about the cultures of foreign countries. Language skills will improve and it may be easier to find jobs.
