摘 要

随着莱钢通信技术的不断发展,通信系统及其配套设备数量都日益增多,通信机房已成为电信网络的重要组成部分。机房内的动力、环境设备必须时时刻刻为通信系统提供正常的运行环境,一旦机房环境设备出现故障,就会影响通信网络运行,后果不堪设想。为了保证通信系统安全可靠工作,对机房里面动力、环境设对机房电源、环境、空调、消防、门禁、图像进行全面监控和管理,实现实时监测、实时记录、实时报警的监控目的,同时系统对所采集的各类数据进行存储备份并作自动分析,为通信设备的有效运行提供充分的决策支持。通过对监控系统的管理功能需求的研究,根据动力环境数据的采集技术、动力环境数据采集的内容和采集方式,综合考虑采集单元架构、数据传输方式、硬件处理数据方式和软件对数据的处理方式,研究了监控软件的设计与实现,以及针对基于 SNMP 协议监控软件的设计和实现的方法,再通过对监控系统的可靠性和提高系统可靠性方法的研究,完成了对该系统的全面研究工作。

本文对莱钢通信机房内需要重点监测的设备、环境量、动力量进行了分析,结合对环境监控系统的认识,对需要解决的问题提出了解决方案,主要工作如下:

首先,对机房内主要设备进行归类划分,确定系统所针对的主要对象及需要实现的功能。

之后,对该系统设计的关键技术进行扼要的分析,介绍系统整体架构。

详细介绍系统各功能模块的实现方法与实施效果,包括电源整流模块、温湿度监测模块、漏水监测、火灾报警监测、非法入侵监测、UPS监测、精密空调监测。

ABSTRACT

Along with the rapid development of laigang communication technology,

communicationsystems and supporting equipments are increasing. Communication room has becomean important part of the communication networks. The power of communication roomand environmental equipments must always provide normal operating environment forcommunication systems. Once one of the room environmental equipment breaks down,it will affect the operation of

communications networks, and the consequences would bedisastrous. To ensure safe and reliable communication systems, it is vital that the powerroom inside force and environmental equipments are automatically monitored

andorganically managed. Centralized supervisory system on power and

environment in thecommunication room can monitor and manage the power supply, air-conditioning, fire,doors, image to achieve real-time monitoring,

recording and alarm monitoring. Thesystem is used to make all kinds of data storage, backup and automatic analysis and toprovide the effective decision support for communication equipments.The thesis, which is based on the project “Mobile Communication RoomThe research background and achievements are introduced. Also managementfunctions and research results are described;The research on communication RoomMonitoring System data collecting techniques is presented including theCommunication Room Monitoring System data

collecting contents, collecting methods,and the content acquisition unit structure, data transmission, hardware and software dataprocessing method of data handling;The design and implementation of monitoringsoftware,

monitoring software based on SNMP protocol design and implementationmethod are described in detail; The study on Monitoring system reliability, thereliability of monitoring system and the approach to improve system reliability areintroduced. The four aspects required to improve system reliability are concerned.

This paper proposed some solution about these problems based on the analysis of the envirement and energy to the key equipments. The main tasks are as following:

Firstly, we classify the equipments and identify their functions in the systems. Then, we give some brife discussion on the key technology and the framework of the system.

And also we give the detailed explenation to the realization of each module and their affect to the system, including power adjusting module, temperature monitering module, water leakage monitoring module, fire disaster alarm, illegal entrance monitoring, UPS monitoring, air-condition monitoring. Finally, we introduce the scheme about how to develope the software in the system with Delphi2010. The codes are alos shown in this paper.
