1.概述

煤炭科学研究总院沈阳研究院依据煤安监司函办[2009]34号 附件《煤矿井下避难所试点建设基本要求(试行)》和《煤矿井下紧急避险系统建设管理暂行规定》,引进澳大利亚MineARC公司矿用救生舱技术,设计开发了“KJYF系列矿用可移动式救生舱” (以下简称救生舱)。

1.1 产品特点

产品的舱体外壳采用钢材,硬体式密封结构,防护性能好。

救生舱的结构组成,按其功能特点区分为过渡舱、生存舱、辅助舱,进行分体式模块化设计,在煤矿井下可进行灵活简便的拆解、运输、组合,使救生舱在煤矿井下狭小的空间条件下更具有广泛的适应性。

救生舱采用澳大利亚MineARC公司生产的集制冷、过滤、除湿及空气循环功能为一体的空调装置,无需电力支持。

1.2主要用途

当井下发生火灾、爆炸、突出等灾害事故,井下人员在所佩戴的自救器在额定防护时间内靠步行不能安全撤至地面时,为其提供一个安全避险空间,对外能够抵御高温烟气,隔绝有毒有害气体,对内提供氧气、食物、水,去除有毒有害气体,创造基本生存条件,并为应急救援创造条件、赢得时间。

1.3适用范围:

可移动式救生舱由于其结构特点,可通过牵引、吊装等方式实现移动,适应井下采掘作业地点变化要求。适用于火灾、煤与瓦斯突出、瓦斯煤尘爆炸危险性的矿井。

1.4 型号的组成及其代表意义

1.5 使用环境条件

——适用于火灾、煤与瓦斯突出、瓦斯煤尘爆炸危险性的矿井, ——额定防护时间96小时,保持舱内温度35℃以下。 ——相对湿度:0~95%。

——环境温度:55±2℃(6小时), 25℃(90小时), ——海拔高度:不大于1000米。

1.6工作条件

可在与外部的空气、水、食物、电力全部隔绝的状态下,依靠救生舱内部自储备为避险人员提供96小时的生存条件支持。

1.7对环境及能源的影响

在巷道断面较小情形时,可移动式救生舱如果直接列放在巷道中,会形成通风阻力及影响运输通行,建议采用专门措施安装。
