本系统为企业客户信息管理系统，通过该系统，使企业的客户管理工作系统化、规范化、自动化，从而达到提高企业客户管理效率的目的。采用的开发工具是Microsoft Visual Studio 2008。企业客户管理系统能够对企业客户基础信息、客户档案浏览、客户资料查询 、客户资料统计、日常记事、通讯录、数据库备份和还原及清空等进行管理。及时了解各个环节中信息的变更。管理人员必须以管理员身份登录，保证了系统的安全性。系统的总体任务是使企业管理人员可以轻松快捷地完成对企业客户管理的任务。有利于提高管理效率。支持运行的环境：Microsoft Window2000XP。
