摘 要

近些年,随着我国经济的飞速发展,以铁路、建筑、水利、石油天然气管道等方面为代表的基础建设工程日益增多,这必然伴随着对以挖掘机为代表的工程机械的需求量的日益增长。然而,随着挖掘机在国内的使用数量越来越多,对其进行维护、管理、施工调度以及销售的过程中存在的问题也显现的日益突出,传统的解决办法已不足以应对。因此,利用现有的信息技术开发针对挖掘机的远程监控系统已成为一种必然趋势。

本文首先介绍了课题研究背景以及远程监控技术的国内外研究现状,通过分析总结了目前挖掘机远程监控系统的主要需求,并对远程监控系统涉及的相关技术做了充分的了解后,制定了远程监控系统的总体设计方案。

远程监控系统由安装在挖掘机上的车载终端和远程监测中心组成。车载终端以STC12C5A60S2单片机为核心,外围模块包括GPS定位模块、GSM无线通信模块、CAN总线通信模块、液晶显示模块、串口通信模块和电源模块。根据系统设计方案对车载终端进行了软硬件设计,最后完成了PCB电路板的焊接以及车载终端软硬件的整体调试。本文通过两个章节分别对车载终端的硬件和软件设计做了介绍,并给出了车载终端各个功能模块的硬件电路原理图和软件设计流程图。

监测中心由GSM DTU模块和上位机软件两部分组成。上位机软件的编程语言采用NI公司推出的图形化编程语言LabVIEW,监测中心负责完成对车载终端上传数据的接收、解析、界面显示等工作。本文根据实际需求完成了监测中心GSM DTU模块的软件设计以及上位机软件的界面设计和程序设计,在文中给出了GSM DTU模块的软件设计流程图以及上位机软件主要模块的程序框图。

在本文的最后章节对全文工作做了总结,指出了本文研究工作中存在的不足以及今后的改进方向和建议。

Abstract

In recent years , with the rapid development of our country’s economic, infrastructure projects which be represented by railways, construction, water conservancy , oil and gas pipelines and other aspects are growing , which must be accompanied by the demand growing of construction machinery which be represented by excvavtor . However, with the increasing number of excavators’ user in China, the problem which be found in the process of maintenance, management, construction and sales has become increasingly obvious , and the traditional solution has been insufficient to deal with it. Therefore, use the existing information technology to research and development the remote monitoring system of excavator has become an inevitable trend.

This paper first introduce the task’s research background and remote monitoring technology’s research status in our country and abroad , through analysis and summarizes the main demand in excavator’s remote monitoring system , and fully understand the technologies relate to remote monitoring systems , developed the remote monitoring system's overall design project.

Remote monitoring system is made up of a vehicle terminal which installed in the excavator and a remote monitoring center. STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller as the core of vehicle terminal, peripheral modules of the vehicle terminal including GPS positioning module , GSM wireless communication module, CAN bus communication module , LCD module, serial communication module and power module. Design the hardware and software of the vehicle terminal according to the system’s design project , and finally completed the PCB circuit board’s soldering and the hardware and software’s debugging of the overall terminal . In this paper, two chapters were used to describe the on-board terminal’s hardware and software designing , and provide the car terminal’s hardware circuit schematic of each function module and the flow chart of software designing.

Monitoring center is consisted of the GSM DTU module and PC software. PC software’s programming language using the graphical programming language LabVIEW which is introduced by NI company, monitoring center is responsible for receiving, analysising and displaying the data which is send by the vehicle terminal. actual needs of the Monitoring Center, this paper complete the software design of GSM DTU module and PC software’s interface designing and program designing, this paper provide the GSM DTU module’s flow chart of software designing and the block diagram of PC software’s main module.

This article’s summarizes appear in the last chapter of the paper , this chapter points out the deficiencies exist in the work as well as the directions and recommendations for future improvements .
