骑马井施工专项方案

1 工程概况

讲1#井~3#井为长距离顶管,取消2#井,待顶管贯通后,原2#井位置透气井采用骑马井工法施工。

1.1工程内容

骑马井主要内容如下:

(1)2座透气井(兼检查井),下部为矩形钢筋砼结构:长(外包)×宽(外包)×高:2.05×1.8×8.01m,壁厚0.3m;上部为圆形钢筋砼结构,外径Φ2.2m,高7m。壁厚0.3m。

(2)顶管底注浆加固,长×宽×高:19.24×7.5×5m;Φ600灌注桩6根,每根桩长为15m;承台以及限位梁制作;基坑开挖及回填等。

(3)临设、场地硬化及进入场地需要的便道的建设和监测,填浜等。

1.2 周边环境

骑马井位于某大道南侧绿化带内。

骑马井场地原为常绿乔木,经搬迁后,场地内已清理干净,目前场地内布满灌木丛。骑马井东、南两侧为进入绿化带的3.5m宽的砼路面;西侧紧挨池塘,水面高度为2.9m,水深1m左右,湖水面积约1300m2;北侧为高速绿化带。

施工区域内有一信息光缆,架空高度约7m,施工前需迁移出去。

1.3 工程地质及气候水文情况 1.3.1 气候条件

温度:上海位于北亚热带,东亚季风盛行地区,四季分明,冬夏长,春秋短,雨量充沛,光照充足,年光照时间1962hr。年平均气温15.7℃,极端最高气温40.2℃,极端最低气温-12.1℃。

降雨:年平均降水量1087.1mm,平均降雨日131d,全年总降雨量的70%集中在4~9月份,汛期在6~9月份,平均降雨量为524.9mm,占全年48.3%.9月份雨量最多,占全年的14.9%。汛期最大降雨量为886.4mm,最小值为160.1mm。历年最大年
