摘 要：我国农业保险发展至今已有近30年的发展历史，经过查阅大量
资料，研究发现现阶段我国农业保险主要存在以下问题一是法律法规的欠缺使得农业保险体系不完善。二是我国农业保险专业人才的匮乏。三是巨灾风险体制不完善。借鉴外国农业保险的丰富经验，提出以下对策，首先，应尽快颁布我国农业保险法，为我国的农业保险的发展保驾护航，其次培养具有专业素质的农业保险人才，最后建立健全适合我国的巨灾风险分散体制。

Abstract: Development of China's agricultural insurance has been a history
of nearly 30 years, after consulting a large number of data, the study found that at present China's agricultural insurance are the following main problems is the lack of laws and regulations agro-insurance system is not perfect.Second, lack of talents majoring in agricultural insurance.Third, catastrophe risk system is not
perfect.Learning from foreign experience of agricultural insurance, put forward the following measures, first of all, agricultural insurance law should be enacted as soon as possible, for the development of agriculture insurance in China, followed by talent cultivating professional quality of agricultural insurance, eventually establishing a sound suitable catastrophe risk dispersion.
