(题目)：基于Cimatron软件平台的塑料模具设计 摘要：模具技术是融合机械工程、计算机应用、自动控制、数控技术等学科为一体的综合性学科，注射成型又是热塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一。本文主要介绍了笔记本电脑外壳的小部件（SD_DUMMY_CARD）的注塑模具的设计方法及过程。文中针对其注射模具制定出合理的设计结构，其中包括分析了塑件的形状尺寸，拟订了模具的总体结构设计方案，进行了成型部分及其零部件设计，浇注系统设计，顶出机构设计，冷却系统设计等。并在设计过程中描述了一些关于模具种类以及各部件的名称及其功能。 关键词：模具设计 注塑模具 顶出机构 浇注系统 毕业设计(论文)外文摘要
Title : Based on the design of injection mould Cimatron E software Abstract: The molding tool technique is to blend a mechanical engineering, calculator applied, the automatic control, number control the academicses like technique,etc as the comprehensive sex academics of integral whole and inject to model again is hot Su the plastics model of one of the main methods.This text mainly introduced the design method and process of the noting of small parts(SD_DUMMY_CARD) Su molding tool of notebook outer shell.Aim at the design structure that it injects a molding tool to draw up a reasonable in the text, include the shape size of analyzing the Su piece among them, drew up a molding tool of total structure design project, carried on to model part and it is zero parts designs, sprinkle to note a system design, the crest organization designs, the cooling system designs etc..Combine in the process of designing in described some name and its function concerning the molding tool category and each partses. keywords: mould design plastic mould Ejector system runner system 目录
