U1L2阅读 8BU1L2阅 The goal of self-talk is to get you into the habit of thinking in English. If you get used to thinking in English, you don't have to translate from English into Chinese in your mind. You can respond (应答) faster and more correctly in communication. Here are three exercises for English self-talk practice. a. Numbers: Numbers are around us everywhere -- in the street, in the telephone book and in the newspaper. When you see or think of a number, say it to yourself in English.
