汽车可靠性是现在汽车行业衡量汽车质量的重要指标之一,一辆汽车质量的好坏不仅仅是指该车的性能指标能否满足使用要求,还应考虑该车在日后使用过程中保持其性能指标的能力,由此引出了汽车可靠性定义,汽车可靠性是指汽车在规定的使用条件下,在规定的时间里,能完成规定功能的能力。具有使用性、时间性、功能性、统计性。本文阐述了汽车可靠性理论、评价指标,利用某型载货汽车可靠性试验数据,对其进行可靠性试验数据处理,并作出综合分析,归纳总结其故障主要发生部位是电器仪表系统,其次是发动机、车身和行走系统,评估出它的可靠性相比国内其他骨干企业生产的汽车处于较低水平。而后,由于根据分析结果发现解决电器仪表系统的问题是提升整车可靠性的重要问题,所以运用故障模式影响和危害性分析方法(FMECA)对该车的电器仪表系统每一零部件产品所有可能产生的故障模式及其对系统造成的所有可能影响进行了分析,并按每一故障模式的严重程度、检测难易程度以及发生频度予以分类和归纳。该方法是可靠性工程中广泛应用的故障分析方法。了解其主要影响因素影响,并提出改善其可靠性水平的具体措施和管理方法。最后,一是根据对汽车可靠性试验数据分析,及对电器仪表系统的故障分析结果,二是根据我国汽车可靠性水平现状,提出了在研制、生产、使用三个阶段应做好的可靠性工作和可靠性提升办法。

This method is a widely used fault analysis method in reliability engineering. To know the main influence factors, and put forward the concrete measures and management methods to improve the level of its reliability. Last, with a according to the analysis result of of automobile reliability test data analysis and instrument system of the electric fault, the second is based on the status of China\automobile reliability level, and puts forward the improving measures in the development, production, use three stages should do a good job of reliability and reliability.

随着时代的发展,汽车作为重要的交通工具已经走进了千家万户,成为了目前难以替代的交通工具。汽车保有量近年来迅速扩大,截止2011年8月底,汽车保有量首次突破了1亿辆大关。个体私营经济的快速发展,也带动了私人汽车的大发展。据公安部交通管理局统计,目前私车保有量中四分之一是载货汽车。

汽车进入人们的生活,随之而来的是汽车在用户使用过程中出现的问题带来的后果,会影响人们的体验,从而影响人们今后选购汽车的判断。所以汽车厂商要想进一步的改善品牌形象、提高用户体验从而增加用户的满意度和忠诚度,就要将提高汽车可靠性作为贯穿汽车设计、生产制造、试验、用户体验的过程中至
