[摘要] 目的 探讨放射性碘治疗分化型甲状腺癌的生存质量情况。 方法 选择2014年1～9月放射性碘治疗的分化型甲状腺癌患者44例为研究对象，分别于术后初次行放射性碘治疗前1个月及治疗后1个月评估患者生命质量。同时选择健康体检者40例为对照组。统计分析患者治疗后的生命质量，评估患者预后。 结果 研究组治疗后情绪功能评分下降，气促程度下降，差异有统计学意义（P

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the quality of life of radioactive iodine therapy in patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma. Methods A total of 44 cases with differentiated thyroid carcinoma treated with radioactive iodine from Jan to Nov 2014 were selected as subjects. The quality of life of patients was assessed on one month before and after the first time radioactive iodine treatment after operation. 40 cases of healthy examination were selected as control group.
