前 言

根据重庆市城乡建设委员会《关于下达2015年度重庆市工程建设标准制订项目计划的通知》(渝建[2015]325号)文件要求,规范编制组经广泛调查研究,认真总结工程实践经验,参考有关国家标准,并在广泛充分征求意见的基础上,制定本规范。

本规范的主要技术内容是: 1.总则;2.术语和符号;3.荷载;4.结构设计;5.构造要求;6.施工;7.检查验收;8.预压;9.安全管理以及附录和相应的条文说明。

本规范中以黑体字体标志的条文为强制性条文,必须严格执行。
