摘要

工业化日新月异的今天,生产线生产的模式已经深入到生活的方方面面。随着科技的不断发展、创新使得工业发展更加趋向自动化生产,生产的自动化的步伐是不可阻挡的。也正是这种自动化的生产促进了有关电气设备的发展。电气控制柜就是其中的一种。

电气控制柜组合比较的灵活,方便运输、搬运、安装也方便,施工的时间也短、运行话费低廉等优点,受到世界上的各个国家电力工作者的重视。电气控制柜的发展趋势进入了21世纪的今天,根据国外的新技术发展,我国的低压电器也大步的进入了智能化、可通信的第四代产品阶段。电气控制柜主要是由多回路的高压开关系统、铠装母线、变电站的综合自动化系统、通讯、远动、计量、电容补偿和直流电源等电气单元的组合而成,主要安装在一个又防潮、又防锈、又防尘、又防鼠、又防火、又防盗、又隔热、又全封闭、又可以移动的钢结构箱体内,机电一体化,全封闭的来运行。电气控制柜的主要特点是有技术先进安全可靠,自动化程度高,工厂预制化,投资回报的见效快,占地面积也小,外形较为美观,容易与环境协调,组合方式灵活等。

本文主要向大家介绍有关电气控制柜的一些基本的知识。包含有对电气控制柜的介绍,以及介绍一些电气控制柜结构,电气控制柜中一些常用的内部元件,电气控制柜控制的方式,电气控制柜的控制原理,电器柜中的元件安装和接线。

Abstract

Industrialization changes with each passing day today, production line production mode has been deep into every aspect of life. With the continuous development and innovation of science and technology toward automation of industrial development, the pace of production automation is unstoppable. It is the automation of production to promote the development of the related electrical equipment. Electric control cabinet is one of them. Electrical control cabinet combination is more flexible, easy to transport, handling, installation is convenient, short construction time and low running cost, etc, have drawn the attention of the countries in the world electrical workers. The development trend of electrical control cabinet has entered the 21st century today, according to the foreign new technology development, our country's low voltage electrical appliances also big step into the intelligent, can communication phase of the fourth generation of products. Electric control cabinet is mainly composed of multi loop system of high voltage switch, armoured bus and transformer substation integrated automation system, communication, remote, measurement, capacitance compensation and dc power supply electric unit combination and become, mainly installed in a moisture, rust, dust, and rat, and fire prevention, anti-theft, insulation, and totally enclosed, and can be moved inside the steel structure housing, electromechanical integration, totally closed to run. Electrical control cabinet of the main features are safe and reliable advanced technology, high degree of automation, factory, return on investment of quick effect, the area is small, more beautiful appearance, easy and environmental coordination, flexible combination, etc.

In this paper, we introduce some basic knowledge about electrical control cabinet. Include introduction to electrical control cabinet, electric control cabinet structure, and introduces some of some commonly used internal components, electrical control cabinet control by means of electrical control cabinet, electric control cabinet, the control principle of electrical cabinet installation and wire connection.
