基于PLC六层电梯控制系统的设计 摘 要:随着城市的发展,人们的住房也越来越趋向于高层建筑,电梯的控制尤为重要。本课题是以PLC为核心的六层电梯控制系统的设计,选用了西门子S7-200型的PLC。本文将电梯控制系统分为逻辑控制和速度控制系统两个部分来完成,通过PLC处理旋转编码器输出的脉冲信号来控制变频器以实现电梯的上下行和变速自动控制。用西门子编程软件来进行编程并通过仿真调试来达到控制要求,从而使电梯的运行舒适并且安全。 关键词:电梯;PLC;变频器 .

The design of six-layer elevator control system based on PLC Abstract: With the development of the city, more and more people tend to be high-rise housing construction. So the elevator is particularly important now. This issue is the design of six-layer elevator control system based on PLC and here is a selection of Siemens S7-200. To complete the design, this paper has been divided into the elevator control system logic and speed control system. This elevator control system use PLC to deal with pulse signal come from rotary encoder, and then the frequency converter has been controlled to realize uplink or downlink and speed changing. Programming with the Siemens programming software and reaching the requirements by simulation and debugging. Thus it can make the operation of the elevator comfortable and safe.
