基于社交网络的企业营销策略研究

摘 要

伴随网络和通信技术的进步,全球各大企业竞相发展网络信息技术和拓展业务范围,大力改革企业内部机构和发展新的营销模式。社会网络的发展影响了人们的生活方式,也使企业拥有了新的营销渠道。本文研究的目标是让企业更好地了解什么是社交网络,它具体有哪些特点和功能,以及可以为企业创造那些价值。本文将对社交网络的研究情况做一个基本的介绍,并分析目前社交网络营销的发展状况,结合企业自身的特点,找到适合企业发展的社交网络营销策略,为维护企业与用户的关系提供借鉴,以帮助企业在当前的互联网竞争中胜出。矚慫润厲钐瘗睞枥庑赖。

ABSTRACT

With the development of network and communication technology, the world's leading information technology companies race to develop network and expand their business scope, to reform the internal organization and the development of new marketing model. Development of social networks influence people's lifestyles, but also enable enterprises have a new marketing channel. Objective of this study is to enable companies to better understand what is social networking, it has what features and functions, to give businesses what kind of value. This paper will study the case of social networks to make a basic presentation and analysis of the current development situation of social network marketing, combined with their own characteristics and culture, to find a suitable business development marketing strategies, better maintenance and customer relations, strengthen business in the Internet economy's competitiveness in the market.
