美国大学先修课发展与经验研究
摘 要
美国大学先修课（AP课程）是为了实现高中与大学的教育衔接，对学有余力的高中生开设的大学水平的选修课程，选学这类课程并通过美国大学委员会组织的统一考试后，所得学分可在升入大学后得到认可和兑换。美国大学先修课是高中与大学课程整合计划中最具影响力、最深远的一项改革，并被世界许多国家效仿。美国在近六十年的先修课发展中，经历了萌芽、迅速发展、收缩与改革、稳步前进四个时期，不断完善了制度与管理，有效衔接了基础教育与高等教育，达成了“卓越与公平”的目标。
近年来我国也开始了大学先修课的试行，但其中也存在很多问题：先修课成绩无法兑换学分，缺乏师资队伍建设，学生选修实际上增加了课业负担等。本文通过对美国大学先修课介绍与分析，总结其课程发展经验，提出我国大学先修课开发与实施的合理化建议：建立相对独立的第三方机构，统一规范的制定课程与评价机制，扩充师资队伍，同时，也需要政府和社会组织对大学先修课运行政策和财政上的支持。

THE DEVELOPMENT AND EXPERIENCES OF AMERICAN ADVANCED PLACEMENT COURSES
Abstract
The Advanced Placement courses(the AP courses)is set up for capable and intelligent students in high school,in order to connect the education between middle schools and universities.Choosing this kind of courses and passing the united AP exams made by the College Board,students can transfer the grades into college credits.American AP courses is the most profound and popular reformation during American education history,and many countries fellow the example of it.In almost sixty years history of the American advanced courses,it experienced four
periods,including
embryo,rapidly
development,shrink
and
reformation,stable
development.and now it has excellent institution and management,and effective connection between compulsory education and higher education.
Nowadays,China start to set up AP courses,in order to respond the appeal of government.But,it still has some problems:the grades of AP courses can not change into university’s credits,AP courses are lack of suitable teachers,it also increase the burden for students.This thesis will talk about some suggestions for Chinese AP courses,by means of analysing the development of American AP courses:China should establish a intermediary organ to constitute course and evaluation systems,and expand qualified teachers,also,government and nongovernmental organizations should give more support in policy and finance areas.
